We visited just to inquire about the cost and deals of the Iphone 16. We were immediately greeted and helped by an attendant, who asked whenever we were T-Mobile customers. We told them we were and they showed for our plan we could trade in our phone for 150 discount. We would have gotten a larger discount if we switch to their new plan, but it would have cost more per month. They also mentioned that the phones are locked until they are fully paid after 2 years. They also advertised their home Internet service, but weren't aggressive when we politely declined. They also suggested to check with Apple store nearby to see if they have better offers and unlocked phones. While we didn't buy anything, we appreciated their honestly and friendliness. They were very helpful with our inquires, and didn't pressure us to buy anything. We found the store to be small, but organized and clean. I walked into TMobile on Sunday as my phone was having mechanical issues. I had been paying for insurance on this phone for many years, so I wasn't looking for an upgrade. I was looking more to just get a replacement phone. I sat down and waited to be addressed, which took a few minutes, but they were busy so I was okay with scrolling instagram in the meantime. I was greeted by John. John was super nice, down to earth, but also knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. He apologized for the wait and went above and beyond to help me. We were welcomed by a representative who offered assistance. I explained that I wanted to transfer my line from my iPad to my cell phone as a second line. The representative initially told me it wasn't possible and consulted with a colleague who confirmed the same. Instead, they tried to convince me to open a new line with a new number, which wasn't what I needed. After leaving the store, I promptly contacted T-Mobile and explained my request to a customer representative over the phone. To my surprise, they addressed my request within 20 minutes with no issues. I'm giving this store location a 1-star rating for attempting to sell products I didn't need instead of helping me with my original request. I let him know that I was there to take advantage of their free MLB app. He made it personal, buy asking me who my favorite baseball team. We immediately had a connection. He walked me over to one of the computer terminals, because he knew that the iPhone app was not working correctly. He got me all set up, when I got home I tried it out, works flawlessly. The team here was so helpful. We had a broken phone on I Rollercoaster while at universal. We came in as soon as they opened and they were very gracious and helpful. We were in and out in under 20 minutes. We also got a really great restaurant recommendation for brunch afterwards. read more

She wasn't going to add three phone lines that she couldn't afford and didn't need. Now, we are late paying the creditor to fix this because we didn't have the $50 monthly fee to pay her and so she's added a late fee to this. Bait and switch tactics at this T-Mobile store! Horrible experience with the salespeople who blatantly tell you lies to get sales. Don't believe what they promise you. They convinced me to switched from AT&T by selling me a plan that doesn't exits. When I complained and called them out on their illegal bait and switch tactics they offered me $40 store credit on my bill for twelve months. Every month I had to chase them for the payment. This lasted for only three months when they stopped issuing the credit. Everyone needs to stay away from this store!!! read more

I was asking legitimate questions a person who has never worked at T-Mobile wouldn't know about - like if this would change anything on my plan? Or what the random fees I was being charged were about? He was rude and condescending. Wouldn't answer my questions. The manager Yussell was EXTREMELY unprofessional! He looked me In my face and told me" life isn't fair" when I was explaining an issue that happened to be due to one of the other employees lack in communication. He even walked away and said "do whatever you want" as i was in the middle of talking. Yussell was very rude and told me there wasn't anything he can do about my situation!!!!! It was so bad that I ended up so mad that I started crying and another WONDERFUL employee named Nick came in to try his best to resolve the issue. As soon as I walked in I was intimidated as there was a lot of people. With that said Luis I believe he is the manager quickly got an employee to assist with transferring my old phone info over to my new one. It took a while for my phone to process so Luis went to the back and got me a chair. Where can I begin I bought an s10E 3vmonths ago was promised a free one it was buy one get one free it been over 3cmonths I've been paying for both phones the store millenia dropped the ball several times I am a disabled veteran never ever have I been treated this way the manager luis claimed over 2 months they would credit my account nothing happened I've been a loyalty customer almost 7 years never missed a payment I'm seeking legal compensation and counsel but one get one free is not what I received . I went to the store to upgrade my phone had from 2009,selected a Samsung 3 which was priced at $179.99 ,,I asked could they change sim card over which they did, I was then told I did not need to put anything on the phone(no top up) you have a free month of calls/text . My first transaction did not go through, tried again and it was successful. It was not until I received my checking account I noticed that two transaction had gone through ,on phoning the store I was told one for the phone, one for a maintenance contract, which I did not ask for ,told by the store I had a pre-paid contract,so thought I was getting a good deal, but was conned and lied too. not very happy, no refunds read more

The area where I live, Metrowest - Orlando, the signal is horrible. Around the Millenia Mall, is another blind spot where the signal never works.
