My experience at the Spectrum Millenia store Orlando yesterday was beyond any customer service I have received at any type of business. Michelle, store manager was kind, patient, and listened to my concerns. Helped me through my problems. Went beyond her duties. Christopher is an employee that any business would love to have on their team. What an incredible man. He greeted me at the door and was quick to work me through my issues. My family and I have been Spectrum customers for YEARS. After leaving AT&T many moons ago, we thought Spectrum would be a GREATER fit for us - not only in terms of price but also, in terms of customer service, ACTUAL service and just all the little things you expect with a provider of this caliber. And for years, they were. They would work with us when our router went bad / out. They would send out technicians fairly quickly to address any modem or whatever issues would arise with our service. The customer service was usually quite good with the exception of some technicians being a bit standoff-ish from time to time. But alas, we give grace to service providers as their job can get difficult dealing with customers of all strokes day to day. Nonetheless, we were happy MOST of the time with our experiences with this provider. Sadly, all this shifted within the last 6 to 7 years or so. With the onset of 5G and now the rise of AI and data centers, it SEEMS, the quality of service has gone down explicitly. Now, I am no technician and can't say how the overall electrical grid is being affected by everything and the sheer loads of all things that require power. However, the coincidence between all mentioned (i.e. introduction of new 5G towers and now introduction of data centers scattered about central Florida) SEEMS UNCANNY. Maybe it's my tin foil hat buzzing but it's hard to disregard that within the last 6 or so years, our service with Spectrum as a whole went from good to pure TERRIBLE. And in the last year alone, our service is damn near not useable because our internet goes EVERY SINGLE DAY for HOURS at a time or even the entire day! It has gotten to the point, where a tech has come out to replace our equipment almost MONTHLY. It is very infuriating. Working remotely from home has become IMPOSSIBLE most days which is resulting in us not being able to work remotely unless we use our personal cellular hotspots. On top of that, when they do send a tech to replace our equipment, it gets replaced with refurbished equipment and NOT new equipment. There was one instance, a tech replaced our prior equipment with equipment that was FILTHY. We were flabbergasted that no issue was taken when the point was raised that the equipment replacement was DIRTY! I just don't even understand WHAT IS HAPPENING at Spectrum! This is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE and as I type this, our service is STILL OUT and has been out since LAST NIGHT! I hate to say this, but Spectrum will eventually force our hands. We will eventually need to look for a different provider because what is the purpose of paying for Internet service we cannot use!?! NOTE: I'll be posting this review for all the Spectrum offices as I don't know which office they send their techs from and where they route us to since we get called from a different number each time when our internet goes out and we have to reach out to their office(s). If I could give zero stars I would! our internet went out and we informed customer service that there was an outage in our area and we would be informed when service was restored... We were never informed of service coming back on and I decided to cancel to get a new internet provider... I went to a store and cancelled then the next day they charged my card again! They claimed that the cycle was from the middle of the month and that they charged at the end of the month. I asked to be reimbursed for the days we had no service and the time remaining that we had on the current month since I cancelled. They told me that they "could not confirm we had no service during the outage" because I didn't call every single day to wait on hold for an hour in order to complain! The manager I spoke to was named Michael and speaking to him was a horrible experience! If you get spectrum your Internet will go out all the time and is completely unreliable and working with customer service is worse than having a root canal! read more

Spectrum is the worst internet provider. If I could rate in the negative numbers I would. They changed the way you access webmail. Now you have to get a verification code, from the same email address that you are trying to log into. Yet they won't let you log in to get the code. What a stupid system. There must be a bunch of morons that work in that company. Glad there are alternative companies to switch to. AVOID SPECTRUM AT ALL COSTS !! read more

I've been a Spectrum internet/TV customer for years and have never upgraded my services. The only changes have been ones that they have made with the caveat that there would be no increase in my bill. Well, my bill has gone from just under $100, to $190. I called to see about possible senior discounts or disability discounts, and after "seeing what they could do for me", they finally returned with a whopping $10 discount. read more

Would give zero stars. For a communication company there are no communication options especially if you are not in the country. I am being charged for something that was cancelled prior the pandemic. No refund no apologies. Now they discount the internet temporary but then increase drastically to compensate for the cancelled TV. Then I have said I do not want long distance calls and they continue to charge me. Unable to telephone to cancel telephone as overseas. Not able to communicate the modern day way which suits them perfectly. read more

Try to call and cancel my service and I got bombarded with dumb stuff. I will never go back to y'all now never never never because well I might if you're the last Internet service provider there is but calling to cancel a service asking me questions that are personal. I don't appreciate it. When I can never upgrade my service because I signed some $30 plan and I had to have crappy Internet for a whole year working from home no thank you spectrum bye. What kind of company does that where you can't even upgrade your Internet if you want to and then you get stuck with slow service absolutely ridiculous. read more

Went to the store at 2821 Irlo Bronson Hwy, on Monday 6/23 around 11:30 am. Worst customer service. Four employees. only two assisting customers. One just walking around doing nothing the other eating her lunch. 40 minutes later they would not take equipment I was returning because I was not on the account. I told them that is why everyone is switching to AT&T due to their awful customer service and their high prices. Thank God I don't have to deal with them again. read more

I don't leave reviews often but others aren't lying when they say it's the worst. Speeds are fine but last month instead of $50 they charged me $83 because of a late fee from DECEMBER, (this is in March) when they tried to draft it I got a $9 unpaid fee on my account even though I had the money and account was open and fine. I tried MULTIPLE times to go online and call and figure out how to pay it and every time it said I didn't owe anything till April 30th. I get an email today (April 17th) I owe $133 for last month and this month even though 'I don't owe anything till the 30th' but I'm getting a late fee for this month too?? Big NO from me. read more

I got a problem with my bill and my confusion never got resolved until i decided to drive to the spectrum and found Jackee she's really help me out and help me understanding step by step, walked me thru all the problems that i will never understand for so long with her respectful manner helping me calm down instantly.
