Traded our phones in, signed a contract saying they were going to give us a Verizon card to pay off our T-Mobile phones. Two months later here we are still paying for two phone plans. Not a single person on this team can figure out why, which has led us to pay two phone bills for the past two months. The general manager, Nathan set up a meeting, he was not able to make it, he informed the other manager Delilah, and she did absolutely nothing to help the situation. After going into the store five times trying to get this resolved you think that she would put a little bit more effort into helping us resolve this situation. She sat in the back and didn't come out until the very end when we were told to leave due to bringing up the possibility of us talking to an attorney to get this resolved. We are left with zero resources, the only thing they did was give us a customer service phone number, after being on the phone with them for hours there is nothing they can do, we have to go in store... Extremely frustrating when the people in store do absolutely nothing to help the situation. So unless you're wanting to leave even more confused than when you walked in, I'd inform you to avoid this location at all cost.

Had an issue with my camera having lines in it and Broc told me to wait a few days for update but it was already updated so I took it back a week later and all it was the guide on camera for live shots. New guy try to defend Broc and argues with me. Never ever go in this store. I'm not sure if it's a true Verizon...rude service. Improvement would be educate your employees, listen to your customers, and be polite to customers.
