They never failed to make me feel like a valued customer. My family all go to them for anything glasses-related. I'll never forget the very first time I put on a pair of glasses, just after starting first grade, and seeing clearly for the first time in months. Memories like that leave an impression, and I'm glad Kent and Roxy were part of that! They have a special touch with eye wear, and if my experience was any indication, they go out of their way to make the process as easy and fun as possible. When I asked him to just let the Doctor know that I wasn't satisfied he proceeded to tell me that he was married to the doctor and could therefor speak for her.... I would suggest that Dr. Toon should hire a more professional receptionist and one with better people skills.
