The so called Associate at the store did not deliver on what he told me for my plan to get new…read morephones. I ended up paying more that was told to me. My phone arrived at my house and I did the transfering myself. I went to this store to have a screen protector installed, and had it installed by the same Associate. 2 days later the protector was getting air bubbles and coming off the phone at the corners. I got to the store to get it replaced because it had been 2 days since I purchased the protector. I said to them this issue had to be rectified. The same Associate who put the protector on, did acknowledge that it was coming up and if I wanted another one. He removed the one put on 2 days earlier and after doing work on is tablet, told me that I had to pay for the screen protector. I refused to pay for a new one and told him it was his fault in the first place for not installing it correctly. The employees there have no accountability for their actions. Because of his incompetence, I have a new phone with no screen protector. If he would have told me in the first place BEFORE removing it and told me I had to pay for it. After all of that I had a chat with T-Mobile and got a credit on my bill to rectify the situation. The employees at this store are worthless.

If they are going to provide a highly technical service, they should know something about the technology, but it does not appear that they do. Account service is equally unhelpful, and very hard to reach. If there were an alternative in rural Butler county, these folks would be out of business. Equally hard to understand is the fact that their user community is local, yet they provide very poor service to what are essentially their neighbors. A public utility should do better.

The Butler County Velocity Internet service provider does not understand their technology. However, if you have problems, and call their technical support, you will get a complete newcomer, who does not understand the technology they are providing. Worse yet, when I called recently to complain that I was only getting 80Mbps of the 100Mbps I contracted for, the tech rep said "Well, 80% is pretty good". If you have problems, and need tech support, you're in big trouble. I abandoned Pixius for this service, and so far it has been a disaster.
