I couldn't recommend a company more than them. They have always been awesome and fair when I lock in a quote to sell my phone. They inspect it and the may counter offer at a lower price, if it doesn't match description that you listed it as, but I wouldn't expect them to do things any different. I know that I wouldn't want to buy a refurbished phone that wasn't checked for water damage or broken components. My check is mailed and in my hands within a week after inspection or accepting the counter offer. I can't think of anyone else who I would trust more than these guys. I brought in a broken phone once and they told me it would be at least $500 to get it working just…read moreenough to get the data off it only for it to work 2 hours later with no repairs. I also brought in a 3ds which got a VERY small amount of water on it before i immediately brought it to the store and I signed up for a tech repair membership which is a monthly fee that covers 5 devices for cleaning and repairs and stuff. They dehydrated it only to tell be about 4 days after the 48 he dehydration that it didnt work and the membership i got doesn't actually cover repairs. I looked it up, it takes freshwater at LEAST a day to damage electronics beyond repair. I think they waited 2 days before even starting my device. Edit: I put my 3ds in rice for a day and now its working again after being quoted $400 to replace the part that was broken. Do NOT go to this store they will rip you off

He is not only extremely knowledgeable about phones but is very reasonably priced. ALSO, he works on your phone out in the open so you can see what he is doing and you don't have to worry about it disappearing into the back of the shop where you dont know what all is being done to it. Recently I had to get a knew phone but couldn't transfer everything from my old phone because parts of the screen were not functioning anymore and Jay was willing to temporarily install a new screen on my phone to allow me to do the transfer right there in the store and then put my old screen back on and refused any payment of any kind!!!
