on google their hours say open on Sunday. on their door clings it says they are open on Sunday. but then they have another little sign up saying closed on Sundays. so I called another location to see if their was a location open on a Sunday and they were. so I suggested that maybe they let someone know there is an issue with hours posted online and on site for the w 21st st location and the guy hung up on me. **BEWARE** They do not give refunds for incompetence. First I paid 170. For replacing screen, screen protector and case. My touch screen quit. I tried everything including reset. Finally contacted them and they looked at it and said it was defective screen. Them my texts and calls quit. I took too att store and again reset. Finally contacted Mobile Comm and they looked at and found an antenna wire loose. Two weeks without phone and two and half hours additional time to fix their errors. read more

My Samsung phone was not working after the required update. Long story short it looked like I would have to do a hard reset or call Samsung to get a new phone both resulting in losing all my information. This is why I do not like accepting the updates. After work I went to discuss my options and Anthony was there. He goes from store to store helping out and needed to leave to go to another location but stayed to work on figuring out the issue and trying to transfer data so I wouldn't lose it. I mentioned the error message I would get with the SD card so he put in a different one and it fixed the issue! I am so thankful for him taking the extra time to get my phone fixed! He was very patient and extremely nice as are all the employees at this location! My husband and I go there for all our tech needs. I would highly recommend them!! Came in a week or so ago and needed to get the screen on my iPad pro 12.9 replaced. First off, I already know it aint going to be cheap, but need it done as I use it for my business. Paul was behind the counter, and had a great attitude. He was helping a couple of older ladies, and was extremely patient, answering their questions even though they were kind of silly ones, but he didnt skip a beat. When he turned his attention to me, he was prompt, courteous, and helpful. He looked up the price to fix my item and called and double checked the cost. He was able to get me checked in, and made a commitment to have it done before my weekend so that my business would get it back as soon as possible.......which meant a ton that he would care about my business and not just his. Not only did they already have the screen in stock (unlike the other 2 stores that I visited) but they were 100 bucks cheaper to do the repair. The store was in good order......clean, good atmosphere, welcoming, and stocked shelves. Dont think twice about checking them out! read more

The best place to fix your phone. I got my iPhone 6 replace there last Tuesday for 100$. So much cheaper with the last place I fixed my phone(charge me for 150$). After I got my phone, I realized the touch screen don't work sometimes so I brought them back and they willing to fix it right away. I asked him to put a glass protector for me after he made sure the phone work normal. I just came back to get it and pay for the screen protector and he put it on for me for free. They brought my iPhone 6 Plus back to life again my screen was so damaged you could hardly touch it. I couldn't make calls without using my headphones because the speak was so busted. I took my iPad in to get fixed on a Thursday. I was told it would only take 24-48 hours. I called on Monday to see if it was ready and the guy who i spoke with said "it should be done by "tonight, and we will give you a call." Here it is Tuesday and haven't heard anything from them. They also charged me $186 to get my screen fixed. They are obviously more expensive than anyone around. Pretty disappointed. Heard lots of great things about them. hence why i went there in the first place. And the staff there was not all the professional and nice either! I had previously gotten my cracked screen repaired at the Pawnee & Broadway location, and they put a screw in wrong and it was causing problems with my daily usage. I took it to this location, 21st & Woodlawn, and I was still under MobileComm's 45-day warranty (they have this warranty for all repairs....if they don't tell you about it, ask). They took it apart and immediately figured out what was wrong with it. Kaylen (sp?), their manager, was very informative and helpful. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away AND in a timely manner. I was there for around half an hour and I felt very important and taken care of. On top of that, he gave me a brand new screen AND tempered glass screen protector. Without a doubt, best customer service I have gotten at a MobileComm and I now recommend them to everyone. This location is my favorite and in my opinion, the best!!! 21st & Woodlawn all the way. Go to them if you have ANY problems with your devices. Thanks again for everything you did.
