The experience was so much better than one of the "big box" stores have been or would have been in Wichita. Yes, I paid about $200 more for the TV than advertised at Best Buy but same price as Sam's equivalent TV. The information, delivery service and old TV removal was well worth the extra $$$$. It was nice also to actually hear the sound bar I was buying on the actual TV I was buying, not ever seen that at a Big Box store.

When I got there-and hauling around my infant- I was told no. They don't do those. When I told him that I had specially called and asked and was told yes. In response the employee said, "No we would have never told you that." When in fact they did. I told him that they had, and he questioned if I had called the right store. (I have since checked and I definitely did call the correct store). If they are unable to process this, even after telling me they can there is a kind was to refuse and correct the mistake. Calling your potential customers liars is not how you do that. I will absolutely never return. I would suggest driving a little farther for better and kinder humans.

If you are looking for a company that will protect you and your family I highly recommend you contact Alert 360. You will be glad you did.

I started with SecureNet many years ago, and when Alert 360 purchased them I just continued service…read morefor what is now 20 years. Back when it was SecureNet it was a local company, and service was quick and courteous. With 360--not so much. Now when I did have a service technician out, he was very friendly and helpful, and this kept three of the stars. On the phone the man who handled the call was rude, quick, curt, and dismissive. I reminded him who was actually the customer and the little "S" hung up on me. Now we had a fire and one entire zone (the garage) no longer exists. I asked for instructions to bypass the zone, and was told by the bot that I had to schedule a service call. I know this is not the case as all you should have to do is just bypass the zone, which I am doing each time I set the system, I just need to permanently delete the zone as it won't be returning. When I did get a call back, remember I pay for the maintenance fee, I am told they will only do this or that if I resign with them. I have been there for a freaking 20 years, and they are more concerned that I sign for another year? Well my contract is up, and maybe it's time to move on to a more professional company. RULE #1--Have some customer relation skills, and DO NOT HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER. RULE #2--Try listening to the customer. In the end that guy on the phone is the one paying your salary. RULE #3--When someone has been paying a maintenance/warranty fee for 20 years, you could probably be less interested in a trip charge and more inclined to retain the customer that is and has been paying you $49.95 every month. My cameras are paid for now, so FU on those as well. This is the third review on security companies that I have written, and I have to say they are all the same. They don't care about anything but money, getting more money and charging money. If you are a security company, try making the person that is paying for your services feel secure. NO, I will not be resigning with you.
