At UbreakIfix they are so professional and do an amazing job. I have never had an issue with any of our family's phones after taking it there. They have always done it the same day that I have asked for help. And now they are partnered with Assurian insurance which makes it so easy to make a claim from home and then you can just go straight to the store and give them your phone and they have the repair in the system. I had forgotten I had phone insurance when I went today to get a screen fixed, it was going to cost me $139, but the tech asked me if I had insurance and stood there patiently while I made the claim on my phone and found out I did have insurance and he saved me over $100 because my fix is only going to cost me $29! There were probably eight people waiting behind me Because he was very patient and helping me do all this, but not once seem pressured to hurry up or make me feel uncomfortable because I was holding up the line. I highly recommend this place for your device repair shop because they do more than cell phone repair!

I…read morerecently needed to go to the store and was shocked to see that as I was coming into the store, there was an employe who was in the building WITHOUT a mask on. I was very disappointed with the lack of care that I just had to turn around and walk out of the store. Not sure of the policy but I'm pretty sure if we are required to wear a mask upon entering the building the employees should be required to as well. For the safety of myself and others I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing.
