I have gone to…read moreother cell phone shops to ask about fixing a cell phone, maybe replacing a screen and they acted so burnt out like they were so busy and made me feel like I was crazy to think they could do it that day. At UbreakIfix they are so professional and do an amazing job. I have never had an issue with any of our family's phones after taking it there. They have always done it the same day that I have asked for help. And now they are partnered with Assurian insurance which makes it so easy to make a claim from home and then you can just go straight to the store and give them your phone and they have the repair in the system. I had forgotten I had phone insurance when I went today to get a screen fixed, it was going to cost me $139, but the tech asked me if I had insurance and stood there patiently while I made the claim on my phone and found out I did have insurance and he saved me over $100 because my fix is only going to cost me $29! There were probably eight people waiting behind me Because he was very patient and helping me do all this, but not once seem pressured to hurry up or make me feel uncomfortable because I was holding up the line. I highly recommend this place for your device repair shop because they do more than cell phone repair!

Do not use Verizon as a phone plan. They are a bunch of manipulative liar who will tell you…read morewhatever you want to hear then go behind your back to charge you outrageous prices and there's "nothing they can do to fix it". It's horrendous that they are allowed to liar to their customers and have no consequences for their actions. And this is not the first time Verizon has tried to squeeze us of every penny we have. My family has fought withthem for months over money issues such as taking too much money out and not giving it back and now trying to charge $830 after they lied to our faces and said we wouldn't be charged. We will be taking our money elsewhere because we can no longer trust Verizon. It's disgusting how they can get away with this. I don't care how "good" of a phone service they are, this is unacceptable behavior.
