I just had to leave the store. They can keep my repaired item, This store has no idea how to properly wait on customers . And take care of customers who are waiting patently. A customer should not have to wait to pick up an item and pay an invoice. And a walk in should not be taken over a customer seated for 3o minutes.

He is not only extremely knowledgeable about phones but is very reasonably priced. I couldn't recommend a company more than them. They have always been awesome and fair when I lock in a quote to sell my phone. They inspect it and the may counter offer at a lower price, if it doesn't match description that you listed it as, but I wouldn't expect them to do things any different. I know that I wouldn't want to buy a refurbished phone that wasn't checked for water damage or broken components. My check is mailed and in my hands within a week after inspection or accepting the counter offer. I can't think of anyone else who I would trust more than these guys.
