Poor customer service. Particularly the guy who has been mentioned before. He really shouldn't be customer facing

They were able to replace my cell phone battery and save me the price of a whole new phone. Always dependable.

My child dumped a phone in the mud. I tried to remove the battery and gave up. The plug wouldnt insert. One person just said "your phone is toast." A tech at Mobilecomm opened it up and checked the connectors for free and connected them. I had plugged them wrong. I thought the screen was cracked. It was fine and the tech replaced the screen protector. In 20 minutes I had friendly and prompt service and a fully functional phone. My widowed mom went to replace a broken phone and they tried to sell her a stolen phone. Then wouldn't refund money and pulled other shenanigans. Don't buy a used phone from them as this looks like a trend. You can get good refurbed phones online, but not here. read more

I've had issues with my Iphone twice in the last year. I took it to Verizon and they just glanced at it and said it was old and I needed a new one. I told them I didn't want a new one and they quoted me one anyway. Left them and went to MobileComm and they tore into it and fixed the issue, NO CHARGE, both times! We have purchased phones from them and have had repairs done multiple times, we will be seeing them again. read more

I got my purse stolen a few months ago. The app "Find my iPhone" tracked my phone to this location. I went there and had my phone. It was on the "disable" and pass code mode that I activated with find my iPhone app... The employees were not helpful in letting me know how they got the phone, who sold it to them. Said their cameras were fake and didn't work. I don't understand why this establishment had a stolen phone... It seems as if they were trying to get it unlocked so they could sell it. Well I was hoping to find a way to talk to the owner directly but I guess that isn't possible. I want to start out saying that I have used Mobilecomm on west 21st many times and a guy named Paul was super nice and helpful. I went in a few weeks ago to get a new battery for my Galaxy S6. Was told they didnt have them but would call when they got them. Never heard back. Called again last week, they said they had them, would take 2 hours to change battery. Took it in 3/30. Left it there 2 hours. Came back. Didnt have a battery after all so didnt change it. I was told that they could not get them anymore and that Samsung was going to stop making them. So they talked me into buying a phone with a lot of extras which was nice. When I got home I thought I would check around. Found that CPR does have them, can get them anytime and would doit for me. So called MobileCom and was told I couldnt return the phone. I explained that I felt it was sold under false pretense. He said to call back. I did and he said he talked to the manager and I could return it with a 20% restocking charge. seriously? All they had to do was put it back in the display case. so I get there and he is trying to tell me that the phone was $199 and they could not refund the screen protector cuz it was already on there. I explained that when I bought the phone I was told the price was $260 and they were throwing other stuff in there for free. After a few phone calls he did refund me $299 minus the 20% restocking fee. I would like to get the rest of my money back since it turns out they either lied or didnt know what they were talking about. So I doubt this will help but I am hoping the owner reads these. Again Paul has always been helpful but he is no longer at that store. Not sure if would have been able to do more but he has always given great customer service. I probably wont go back. read more

Had them replace a shattered iphone6 screen. Took an hour (same day) and cost $131. The market basically sets the price so there is no use being upset about cost. Fast good service matters. I would go back. read more

Could not get the app to let me pay my bill online so went to the store. Did not realize I had written my last check. Was going to put it on a credit card since I BOUGHT it with a credit card but they don't take those. Guy behind the counter was NOT helpful. When I bought my phone a guy named Dennis helped me and he was great. This phone has been dropping calls and now the app won't let me pay my bill online and it is due today. First month with the new service/phone. Not impressed. OH NOW I find out you can only pay online with a credit card (MasterCard/Visa) and I only have Discover. THIS SUCKS!!! I will be getting another service asap. You can't pay directly from your account. What kind of company does that!? read more

Replaced my cracked iPhone 5s screen in 30 min for $99 - threw in a new $30 glass screen protector for free, too.

Problems!!! Today was my second time dealing with them and again, they disappoint! I called the Harry and Rock location yesterday and asked the price of fixing a charging port, they said $60. Today, I went into the same store and they guy told me it would be $75 and he couldn't do it, so I went to this store and they tried to charge me $75, but then finally honored the $60 price. Last month called to ask the price fixing a screen and all 4 stores told me different prices!!! Need to communicate their pricing with each other!! If I didn't need it fixed today probably wouldnt have gotten my business, but I definitely won't go back!!! read more

I purchased a used phone on 9/30/16, when I purchased the phone it was dead and would not power up. Kalen said it would charge so I took the phone home. When I got home it would not charge our power up so i took it back the next day. He said he did not have any more phones that model and he could charge me to fix it. I stated I would like to have my money back and he said they have a no return policy. i left the phone with him and left the store and they will not return my money. read more

I too had a horrible experience with same prices. I called to see about fixing a power button on my phone, guy said $ 50. I took it to the store not an hour later, charged me $75. Wouldn't honor the price he just quoted me on the phone. Terrible!!! read more
