The experience was so much better than one of the "big box" stores have been or would have been in Wichita. Yes, I paid about $200 more for the TV than advertised at Best Buy but same price as Sam's equivalent TV. The information, delivery service and old TV removal was well worth the extra $$$$. It was nice also to actually hear the sound bar I was buying on the actual TV I was buying, not ever seen that at a Big Box store.

I have a Google Pixel 7 phone, along with Zagg screen protector. I purchased it there, along with washer and dryer and vacuum. I paid for the good warranty. I called geek squad last week to get a new screen protector. Not in stock. Guy ordered one, and set appointment today to get it put on. I have a hard time walking, but made it in. The protector was not there. Last weeks geek didn't order it. Today's geek ordered it to be sent to my home. I checked the confirmation, and they want to bill me for $48!! I paid lots of money for Zagg. I will not pay $48 for what I could get from Amazon for $1. I should not have to fix your mistakes! I really hope you go under. You don't keep anything in stock, will not answer a phone call. Your best buy business is set to fail.

I went in to ask about lowering my bill and the service representative couldn't care less and spent the entire time checking out my chest and trying to hit on me. DISGUSTING! Very disrespectful when making comments about what I should've done to prevent getting charged high amounts for my phone bill. Furthermore he did not bring a manager when I asked for one. Claimed he "was the closest to a manager" horrible. I will never be going back. Went 6/29/26

The problem is we were double charged. We called explaining the issue and told we had to drive to their location to be put back on their wait list. Couldn't issue a refund over the phone and wouldn't put us on the list while on the phone. Drove to the store and told unable to issue a refund until put on their wait list and now waiting another 1 1/2 to 2 hours for them to correct their mistake. If I were there to make another purchase, no problem, I'd certainly wait. But this was their mistake. This is not right and already wondering if I made a mistake switching.
