Shockingly, they later called us to offer a "deal": they wanted us to pay almost $900 for a defective battery that was damaged in transit, with absolutely no warranty. Worse, they explicitly stated this offer was contingent on us removing our previous negative review about our warranty claim. When we tried calling the number back, it belonged to a Garage Door company, leaving us entirely unsure of who is actually handling their customer service. This company uses deceptive practices, offers subpar support, and does not take pride in their expensive products. Save your hard-earned money and buy from a reputable brand.

Customer support states I bought the wrong batteries. I feel as though I went by their websites recommendation. They are offering to sell me pro-rated batteries and are saying to buy an extra battery. My initial purchase of $2300 plus buying new batteries and their recommendation of an extra battery would cost me around $3700 three years into these batteries that were supposed to last 8 years. Two separate golf cart mechanics looked at the setup because I thought I did something wrong. They both told me the setup was correct, but Allied was not the company to go with. They both recommended several other manufacturers. After several emails I am nowhere. Anyway, check other companies out. I wouldn't go here.

I couldn't recommend a company more than them. They have always been awesome and fair when I lock in a quote to sell my phone. They inspect it and the may counter offer at a lower price, if it doesn't match description that you listed it as, but I wouldn't expect them to do things any different. I know that I wouldn't want to buy a refurbished phone that wasn't checked for water damage or broken components. My check is mailed and in my hands within a week after inspection or accepting the counter offer. I can't think of anyone else who I would trust more than these guys. Thank You for all the years of Great Customer Service!

THIEFS!! Had our four wheeler for 9 months. Communication was horrible! They kept telling us they…read morehad to order more parts or they needed different tools to take something apart. They needed a fuel pump so they had me order it and send it to them for over $300. They finally called and said they couldn't figure it out that we would have to take it to a dealer. I told them we couldn't pick it up that day because my husband was working out of town, they said no problem just let them know in advance so they could get it out. It was about a month and I called to tell them we could come pick it up. They informed us that they had sold it the prior week for $300. They had our four wheeler for over 9 months but couldn't give me a month to pick it up. There reason was they have a sign on the door saying things have to be picked up within a certain time. When I dropped it off they came out and got it so I never went in or by the door to see any sign, I never signed anything saying this was told to me so we will see what the judge says. STAY AWAY!!
