    The so called Associate at the store did not deliver on what he told me for my plan to get new…read morephones. I ended up paying more that was told to me. My phone arrived at my house and I did the transfering myself. I went to this store to have a screen protector installed, and had it installed by the same Associate. 2 days later the protector was getting air bubbles and coming off the phone at the corners. I got to the store to get it replaced because it had been 2 days since I purchased the protector. I said to them this issue had to be rectified. The same Associate who put the protector on, did acknowledge that it was coming up and if I wanted another one. He removed the one put on 2 days earlier and after doing work on is tablet, told me that I had to pay for the screen protector. I refused to pay for a new one and told him it was his fault in the first place for not installing it correctly. The employees there have no accountability for their actions. Because of his incompetence, I have a new phone with no screen protector. If he would have told me in the first place BEFORE removing it and told me I had to pay for it. After all of that I had a chat with T-Mobile and got a credit on my bill to rectify the situation. The employees at this store are worthless.

    I'm writing this way loo late. Should have been done 3 years ago, however, the problem is ongoing…read more My wife and I and our daughter used sprint before T mobile bought them. Since that point we were charged random amounts on bills and got little help from customer service because they couldn't communicate between the two merging companies. We canceled our account (or thought we did) shortly after the merger. Much to our surprise, they kept sending bills, still random amounts. We tried several times by phone and at their stores to get this corrected to no avail. We even paid a few extra months thinking maybe that was for early termination. At some point, we gave up and now just have constant debt collectors after us, and since the account was in my wife's name, she has a mark on her credit, which is otherwise excellent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bad customer service, poor billing practices, and to top it off, the coverage areas aren't even as good as Cricket.

Still no…read moreresolution, guess i have to give at&t or Verizon a change..i heard their coverage is better anyways Omg everyone that i have spoken with have been extremely rude.. i pay my bill every month, but when there was a problem with my bill they were extremely rude!!! Ive talked to several different people and they wont do anything. Tammy a SUPPOSEDLY supervisor hung up on me because she wouldn't let me talk. They talk over u, and kept saying we are number one in customer service. I was supposed to have gotten 5 different call backs and i had to contact them EVERY time. If u want rude service, go elsewhere. Ive been dealing with the SAME issue for a month now and NO ONE can give a resolution.
