We hired Andrew's Cleaning Service a couple weeks ago for a one-time residential deep clean. Andrew…read morewas a pleasure to speak with & was very understanding when I requested a "judgement free" experience. After the crew arrived & I did a walkthrough with the lead, she realized we were in need of a more involved deep clean than Andrew had anticipated, but everyone involved was very adaptable to the situation. Despite the longer job, the ladies worked hard to get everything done for us that same visit. As adults who both struggle with executive dysfunction, especially with regard to maintenance cleaning, my husband & I will soon be setting up a monthly schedule with Andrew's Cleaning Service to help us maintain our beautiful home. If you wanted to support a local business & one that is LGBTQIA+-owned, I highly recommend giving Andrew's Cleaning Service a try!

In addition, their quick response when I called them including reminders for the day of cleaning helped to ensure I could adequately plan my schedule around the cleaning with no issues. I rarely encounter staff that are this passionate about doing an honest day's work and hope that they are able to grow their company into becoming a great success. When I got the keys back on the 31st at 5:30 pm and the house was rank with dog pee odor I knew I was in a hard spot as the new tenant was moving in at noon on the 2nd. Thank fully Cody took the job showed up at 2pm and transformed the carpet. Personally they were so bad I thought I was going to need to rip out the carpet and get new. Not so! I have been a happy customer now for three years. They come every two weeks - which means my house…read moreis always ready for anything! My wife passed away five years ago and when my retirement aches and pains got the better of me, I realized I needed help with the floors and all the chores that I did for many years while my wife struggled with her end of life medical issues. With her gone, I went from not caring what my house looked like to not wanting even a speck of dust on the tiniest knick-knack in the darkest corner of the den. Long story short, a friend recommended Nohemi and her company "Super Home Maid Cleaning Service" and I gave them a try. I never looked back! They have worked with me around special circumstances, holidays, and all the issues that COVID brought with it. I recommend them heartily. If there is ever an accidental breakage (and it seldom happens), they come to me and confess and offer to make it right. This openness and honesty is important to me and so I wanted to mention it to whoever reads this. Integrity and joy are what they bring to the job!

I've…read morenever used a cleaning service before but with the extended summer for the kids and starting my own business I got a little behind and thought I'd treat myself and hire a little help around the house. I scheduled with Cindy and she told me that if receive a confirmation text which I did receive. I totally rescheduled my whole day around having the cleaning ladies come so that I could be home during the service. Since we just built our house and I have boxes still around I woke up super early to rearrange the boxes so that they would be out of the way of the cleaning crew. I was in total disbelief when they DIDNT SHOW UP AT ALL! No Call! I sent a text message to Cindy's personal cellphone and her business phone because I thought maybe they couldn't find my house and got absolutely no response. I even gave them the benefit of doubt and thought maybe they had an emergency and waited till 3 days later and tried calling Cindy and no answer! Terrible business and customer service to not call a Client if something comes up and you're not able to make it. They totally waisted my time and I'm glad I didn't give my credit card information. I called a different cleaning service today and got on the schedule. Will never do business with this company ever and won't recommend unless you have time on your hand that you want waisted.
