I was not home at the time he quit and noticed this upon my return. I called Oxi immediately and spoke to a very nice, professional lady. She offered to schedule another appt, but we had guests coming the following night, so we got down on our hands & knees and cleaned area ourselves, up to baseboards! We had moved all of the furniture out of the way except 2 sofas and a recliner, thinking Oxi would help us move those to the side....wrong!! Chris does NOT move furniture! When he was finished with dining area, we moved dining room furniture back into room. I ask him for furniture leg protectors and he stated they do not use them....other carpet cleaners have always moved furniture and used leg protectors. The young lady I spoke to was very apologetic and said she would send this info to their Wichita office and the franchise owner (Eric Fahnestock) would get in touch with us. It's been over 3 weeks and Eric Fahnestock still has made no attempt to contact us! Will never use them again!

Until now! This carpet cleaner, Andrew is his name, really cleaned the carpets deep down, and cheaper than anyone else too! He didn't just run the machine over the area but really made sure the carpets were clean, smelled good and were protected like I've never seen done before. He also explained what made carpets dirty and what it takes to make carpets clean, how to maintain them and what to do in emergencies, like bad spills and such. I know a lot more about carpet care now which is helpful. My carpets are clean and healthy again and I'm not broke from it! There was no need to get more estimates I think everyone in Wichita is aware that in aviation, training is required by the FAA, for every job done to the aircraft. City Steam Clean employees are trained by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration. Dylan knows his business and he is super helpful in providing information and tips; on what to do and when and how to do it to get the most wear out of your carpet. Dylan and Bryce worked diligently two days cleaning our Sanctuary, Pew Upholstery, classrooms, Multipurpose gym, and the connecting hall. The City Steam Clean process of steam and high vacuum coupled with their Encapsulation Extraction Carpet Cleaner resulted in great compliments from church members.   Thank you City Steam Clean, Andrew, Dylan and Bryce, Cliff Moore Westside Bible Chapel
