i am a retired mfg. eng. for over 25 yrs w/ boeing aero space. my wife and i have been happy loyal verizon customers. i am writing this review to inform "not to buy from a 3rd party store". my wife and i visted this store april 1st, 2026 am. april fools day! that what i tought they think wwe were. we spent over $2,000 on 2 galaxy s26 cell phones. we were there for oveer 2 hrs. i have prostate issues; they did not have restroom facily for customers. i had to go back of the building. there is not a store nearby that would allow to use with their facily within half a block! steve miscouted several times on pricing, he kept saying opps! my bad! we had galaxy s21 as wise as we are, we wanted to take advantage of the sale. my wife told steve (salesperson), i am having a very bad headache, plpease slow down a little. after we paid for the sale, his manger came over and told us to call customer service if we neede more help. my wife was so upset that we left in a hurry and left her purse with undisclose of potential lost of a lot of money!! when we got home, she called the store and whoever aswer said to my wife " i don't see anything and we will call you if we find it". i am not telling how fast we got there. they did bother to look for it! i walked in to were she left it and as i was walking away the mgr. just staired on the way out. i am hoping for verizon co. find out. i see to my right on this page with several (1) star not happy people. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Two months ago, we switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon. Traded our phones in, signed a contract saying they were going to give us a Verizon card to pay off our T-Mobile phones. Two months later here we are still paying for two phone plans. Not a single person on this team can figure out why, which has led us to pay two phone bills for the past two months. The general manager, Nathan set up a meeting, he was not able to make it, he informed the other manager Delilah, and she did absolutely nothing to help the situation. After going into the store five times trying to get this resolved you think that she would put a little bit more effort into helping us resolve this situation. She sat in the back and didn't come out until the very end when we were told to leave due to bringing up the possibility of us talking to an attorney to get this resolved. We are left with zero resources, the only thing they did was give us a customer service phone number, after being on the phone with them for hours there is nothing they can do, we have to go in store... Extremely frustrating when the people in store do absolutely nothing to help the situation. So unless you're wanting to leave even more confused than when you walked in, I'd inform you to avoid this location at all cost. read more

Purchased a new phone...took my old phone home to make sure everything was ok. Took it back few days later wanted it wiped. Broc said he did it but I kept getting messages. Had an issue with my camera having lines in it and Broc told me to wait a few days for update but it was already updated so I took it back a week later and all it was the guide on camera for live shots. New guy try to defend Broc and argues with me. Never ever go in this store. I'm not sure if it's a true Verizon...rude service. Improvement would be educate your employees, listen to your customers, and be polite to customers. read more

We've been Verizon customers for over 7 years, and this was by far the most disturbing experience we've ever had. We went to the Verizon store at 311 S Maize Rd in Wichita to pick up a Gizmo Watch we had ordered for our 10-year-old daughter. The store never called us when it arrived (even though we were told they would), and when we followed up in person, a rep named Che told us to our faces that they were "too busy" to notify us. When we tried to activate the watch, it wouldn't sync, and multiple employees kept repeating, "we've never seen this before." My husband calmly told them that saying that wasn't helpful and just made it feel like they didn't know how to fix the issue. The rep assisting us acknowledged that. But Che, who was not helping us, loudly and sarcastically inserted himself into the conversation. When my husband asked him to stop engaging with us, Che told him to leave the store and when my husband refused because we were in the middle of canceling the order due to poor service, the rep (Che) called the police on a calm, unarmed dad in Birkenstocks standing with his wife and 10-year-old daughter. The dispatcher even asked: "Is he threatening? Does he have a weapon? Is he aggressive?" and Che answered "no" to all. It was a clear abuse of power and totally unnecessary. Customers around us were also commented that this was a waste of resources. A formal complaint has been filed with Verizon corporate. Families -- be aware. I cannot say enough good things about this Verizon location and the people who work here. I came in with a rather complicated request. I was greeted warmly as soon as I entered even though the staff was busy with other customers. They reassured me they would be with me soon. A young man named Tyris assisted me. Due to my particular situation, I needed to be at the store two different days. Tyris got everything taken care of for me in an efficient, kind, and positive way. His customer service was over the top! I also noticed that the whole place had an incredibly positive and energetic vibe. Even when they are busy, each customer is treated as if they are the most important person in the place. I get the impression that this kind of positive, above and beyond customer service is the norm here. Thank you Tyris and the Verizon location! read more

Highly recommend choosing the local Verizon corporate store or an alternative service provider.

Long wait times, crappy service. All employees are super slow and have ask for help because the don't know what they're doing.
