They have a great selection of glasses to choose from and the customer service is always impeccable. I won't go anyplace else. I even stayed with Dr. Goering when I lived more than an hour away. They take almost all kinda of insurance, even Medicaid, and have a great selection of frames and lenses specifically for the Medicaid patients; they're never judgemental about helping people who are on Medicaid as well. I am used to working with a very professional staff, as a business professional. They recommended o e thing then backed off making a letter recommendation to justify it. Very disappointed and lacking confidence in their recommendation now. Now I will need to go somewhere else with the glasses received to find out if they really work.
