My friend was feeling silly and had everyone laughing. Living in Las Vegas you must have a sense of humor. It was nice to see that not only the staff, but the customers played along. It seemed like the prices were on point for a hardware store. The only thing we couldn't find were old-fashioned jellybeans... Like one of the customers said to my friend, I think they stopped selling those kind of jellybeans in the 1930s!! Bottom line, the store was clean, appropriately stocked and easy to find.

Today I bought an insinkerator evolution 3/4 hp garbage disposal from this store. Was kind of an…read moreimpulse buy. What sold me was that it was supposed to be quiet. I went home and installed it and found it to be extremely loud. Even louder than my current broken disposal with a spoon jammed in it. I decided to return it. The worker at the desk and the manager were immediately suspicious even though I provided a video of how loud the machine was. They tried to tell me that I'd have to contact the manufacturer even though I had bought it that day. They then tried to imply I was stealing some of the little parts that came with it because it was not packed in tightly like it was when I bought it. I tried to tell them that the provided instructions had a list of all included parts and they were all in the box. They did not listen because I was clearly trying to get away with something in their eyes. They treated me like a criminal because I was trying to return a defective or possibly just an unsatisfactory product. They did ultimately return my money, and they made it very clear to me that they were unhappy doing so. I will never be shopping here again. I suggest you shop elsewhere too.

They have friendly, knowledgable, and helpful staff that usually find you and offer help even before you realize you need it. They provide suggestions for the right solutions to any problems you might have. I especially love their screws and hardware section, you can find any size or variety of screw, nut, or bolt you could ever dream of.
