    Had been buying my prescription eyeglasses here for several years. I always made sure to buy the…read morewarranty. The first time I had to use it was as a result of scratching of the lenses. It was coved without an issue. Told them over the phone that I had scratched them and they ordered a new pair and called me when it came in. I bought at this location for that exact reason. Today I called and told them I had a deep scratch on my lens and needed to get a new one ordered. That's when the person on the phone told me that they had recently changed their policy and would no longer cover scratches and that I should have been made aware of this when I purchased my last pair. I explained that I agreed that I should have but unfortunately was not. I was then told that couldn't be verified because the person that sold me my last pair of glasses was no longer employed there. So I asked to speak to the store manager. She was just an echo of the employee and I told her I would contact her corporate office. She kinda chuckled and now I understand why. I called the 800 # and spoke to a lady who before I could even get through telling her what happened she got short with me. She interrupted me to demand my name. I gave her my name and continued explaining my issue. She told me the exact same thing almost verbatim. I got the feeling this particular issue had sufaced before now. Ultimately I was told that I was just S.O.L. Buyer beware they made no attempt to explain the "change of policy" to a long time formerly loyal customer. Lastly, they had no empathy whatsoever. I mean is to much ask that their employees give even a small f$%k?
