I have full coverage insurance n I went in for contacts n yearly exam I was not told u had no contacts I was given for my order then u also didn't provide contact care solution or case to put my trial contacts in..‍ this is so ridiculous n unprofessional for an eye Dr clinic..then u still haven't sent me my order yet.. Then u all call me at work saying u don't have the contacts I wanted..u made me wait n order new type of color because ur staff didn't Even know they were unavailable... This is the worst eye Dr visit n order I have ever had..n I'm still waiting 2 half weeks later n I still haven't received my contacts!! I stop by Green vision to check my insurance and make sure that it would cover an exam and prescription. They told me that my insurance would pay all but a $50 co-pay. I made the appointment and got the exam and prescription. I paid the $50 on that day. A month later I get a bill from them for $40. When I called, the lady said that it did not cover my prescription. My experience was so, so. Later, when I tried to get glasses the prescription was incomplete and I couldn't get new glasses. The dispensary contacted them and they said, "oh sorry, our fault." But, Grene never contacted me to correct the omissions (PD). So now I spent money for nothing. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I had to have 3 appointments. The first appointment was a Dr. from Wichita who came to the Hutch location. She RUSHED me through the appointment. She was an hour late and I was the first appointment of the day. Due to this the prescription was wrong, she removed the prisms I've worn for quite some time and my glasses I bough were worthless. Due to working a lot I just went without glasses for a year using reading glasses instead. The following year I get a reminder for an appointment. Grene vision sets the appointment up. Mind you they darn well make sure you have insurance. What they did was set it up 3 days before the new year of coverage was to start. I have my appointment not knowing this. Never get told to pay at the location, nothing. Get my glasses and still cannot see right. The eyeglass place confirms it is the prescription they wrote. Again buying two pairs they were worthless. So again go without. End of October this year I get a reminder and then another envelope. It is a BILL from last year! I call, oops a batch never got sent out to the patients. So not only do I not have glasses I am paying a bill for an appointment that wasn't beneficial but is a year after the fact so I can't even challenge it with insurance. I try to talk with them to see what we can do to make this all right.... nothing. Just a number. I won't be returning. Just be cautious. Do NOT let them rush you thru the appointment. This happened twice. I used to see Dr. Calhoun in Hutchinson. He was great, didn't rush you, got it right, never made you feel stupid. His wife was the receptionist and office staff.
