I was emailed back really quickly and ended up being able to get the frames switched out (and the fit matched with the old pair) within 5 minutes of opening on Monday morning, drove around the corner and was able to drop them off so my kid had working glasses before the school day really got going. With a kid who does not function well with broken glasses, this was SUCH an incredible blessing. We have always been very happy with the service with everybody there, and this was an "above and beyond" moment that was really awesome.

After over a decade of dealing with pain doctors, I have found this wonderful saint! This doctor…read moreis not a pill pusher like soooo many others that I have seen (if you are not familiar with pain doctors, most of them just throw narcotics at you and tell you to come back in a month for more, I have seen drug dealers with more concern over their customers), he actually CARES! Seriously! This doctor and his entire staff are life savers and they are very caring and understanding. I have never had a pain doctor ask about some of the things he does, things that are important to the amount of pain and problems that I have. If you are in or around Hutchinson and have chronic pain and looking for a doctor then you owe it to yourself to give Dr. Fan a try.

It is still your responsibility do not believe them and read the small print. Sure the front office is busy but dont tell a client you will do somerhing and not do it and then back track and say its on me when i requested your office administrator check coverage date and eligibility due to a new job and dates differ. Even after spending $$$ for dental work there was No working with the client to admit fault just hide behind small print. Besides trying to make money and suggesting I get my teeth pulled when I didn't need to the receptionist still would not admit she didn't look up anything prior to an appt made for a simple x ray and teeth cleaning. Please seek another Dentist there are plenty of other dentists that are honest in Hutch so I have learned. I did write Dr Evans and I received $25 for my time in writing the letter even after I pointed out other practices had admitted each Dentist can write off mistakes like the one that happened with me. "Trust me your covered" is not true here!

DYSFUNCTIONAL DENTIST…read more Todd Esau's dental assistant said they needed a picture of my face so they could use it for my file. A picture of my face has nothing to do with my teeth - absurd. Todd Esau greeted me from the back of the dental chair (the invisible dentist). I asked him to come around so I could see his face and have a respectful greeting - something he was unable to figure out. Todd Esau was so dysfunctional that he was unable to display any common decency. Todd Esau kept spraying air on all my teeth (with bone loss) on the lower right, preventing him from being able to ascertain what tooth needed treatment. He recommended that I go back to California for my dental care. Overall, Todd Esau is completely and totally dysfunctional and the most negative person I have ever met. AVOID............. Go to Wichita!
