SLEAZY DENTAL OFFICE…read more This dental office is a total disaster. I went here for an exam and the receptionist tried to tell me that it was $125.00. I explained to her that I have Delta Dental Insurance and it should cost around $90 or less. She became indignant and claimed that I was not a good fit for their dental office. So, if they try to overcharge you, and you say anything, they will (triangulate) and attack you, and claim, "You're not a good fit" - it's ridiculous. I'm not a good fit because they can't cheat me out of my money. That is the definition of sleazy. The staff at this dental office are sleazy! I strongly dislike giving negative reviews to businesses unless it is earned…read more During our visit one employee, we will call them D for anonymity, restrained my child while attempting to capture X-ray images. When doctor came in, I had a very upset 7 year old (who was yelled at...I corrected her and told her again she needed to use a calm voice when talking to my child), and Dr. Kricket was brash, abrupt, and drove on completing her oral evaluation while my daughter screamed with discomfort. She told her things she said hurt didn't. And if they did she was in biiiiiig trouble. (She stabbed her in the gums and they were bleeding...). If your child is the least bit sensitive, or you prefer your kiddos receive care they deserve, I highly suggest avoiding this place. Also, their website claims they have a 4.1 average. Google currently shows a 2.x rating here for doctor, and sub 3.8 on the clinic overall. We confirmed they worked well with neurodiverse kiddos in advance. Our experience was definitely not as advertised.
