Todd Esau greeted me from the back of the dental chair (the invisible dentist). I asked him to come around so I could see his face and have a respectful greeting - something he was unable to figure out. Todd Esau was so dysfunctional that he was unable to display any common decency. Todd Esau kept spraying air on all my teeth (with bone loss) on the lower right, preventing him from being able to ascertain what tooth needed treatment. He recommended that I go back to California for my dental care. Overall, Todd Esau is completely and totally dysfunctional and the most negative person I have ever met. AVOID............. When doctor came in, I had a very upset 7 year old (who was yelled at...I corrected her and told her again she needed to use a calm voice when talking to my child), and Dr. Kricket was brash, abrupt, and drove on completing her oral evaluation while my daughter screamed with discomfort. She told her things she said hurt didn't. And if they did she was in biiiiiig trouble. (She stabbed her in the gums and they were bleeding...). If your child is the least bit sensitive, or you prefer your kiddos receive care they deserve, I highly suggest avoiding this place. Also, their website claims they have a 4.1 average. Google currently shows a 2.x rating here for doctor, and sub 3.8 on the clinic overall. We confirmed they worked well with neurodiverse kiddos in advance. It is still your responsibility do not believe them and read the small print. Sure the front office is busy but dont tell a client you will do somerhing and not do it and then back track and say its on me when i requested your office administrator check coverage date and eligibility due to a new job and dates differ.
