The problem was when I requested that they use a cell phone and snap a photo of the completed arrangement and send it to my cell phone. I requested this because it is the first time I have used their services. I have had some bad arrangements in the past (other businesses) that were cheapened and made smaller, or the designer used a lot of cheap fillers. Apparently, they don't want to show me the arrangement that I paid for - for some reason. They put me on hold for 5 minutes and then said the boss was out. They wanted to charge me $5.00 for a cell phone picture, which is ridiculous from all angles! I am not purchasing a photo to use in a business, I AM wanting to see the results of what I already paid for! Their business is not selling "stock photos". And a cell phone photo is not stock photo quality! I asked again for a photo of the arrangement I paid for, and the girl on the phone said she doesn't have time for me, then hung up on me. I can think of a couple of reasons this type of business would NOT want to send me a photo of the arrangement I ordered. One main reason, it doesn't look like the one on the website (I was told over the phone that they had all the right flowers to create that exact arrangement). I made it clear that I was OK with substitutions as long as they followed the original design shape and substance. Another possible reason, they used cheaper items to fill the order and a lot of cheap filler. They really fought me over this! This attempt to block me from seeing the arrangement was to clearly intentional. I usually try to order from reputable florists with a good reputation. This is my first time ordering from this business. I really wanted a photo so I can see their work and give an honest review. All I can say is "Buyer Beware" on this company. You don't know what you are getting and they aren't willing to show you.
