So don't complain??? Many of the plants I did get were quite small. Also gal helping to put flats in car basically just threw them in back. Pretty tired I guess. Will not do this next year.

After we found the trees we were interested in buying, the staff member instructed us the store was going to run a free tree planting with purchase and it would start the next Monday. Overall a pleasant experience with knowledgeable staff, competitive prices, and satisfied customers.

I opted for the more expensive $75.00 arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day & her birthday. What was delivered, in my opinion, doesn't even come close to what was shown on the FTD website. Spoke with Laurie, who was adamant and defensive of what was delivered blaming FTD's photo's and service charges. Told me that I should have contacted her directly and requested "designer's choice". BUYER BEWARE FINE PRINT ON FTD WEBSITE: They will substitute any and/or all of the elements in the photograph if the florist doesn't have them or didn't bother to order them in time. UPDATE: FTD told me they would redeliver the flowers. That didn't happen. :( Laurie standed firm that she did a great job and I was wrong.
