Our experience has been terrible. Poor quality control, severely missed deadlines, hard to get a…read morereturn call or show up when they schedule. Excuses and after two months of trying to get two counters and two backspashes done, we're still waiting and getting the run-around. I hired Gross Tile for a kitchen counter and tile backsplash, and bathroom vanity counter and tile backspash back in early June 2014. I prepaid over $6000 and the experience, customer service, and quality has been terrible. First they told me the counters would take 2 weeks and they took 6, and then the counters were not even correct and they had to rework them and they still aren't done yet as of July 25, 2014. Then they came out to do the 4' of tile back-splash for the vanity and when they first set the tiles, there were 1/4 gaps between some of the sheets and 1/6" between others, very uneven. So they re-spaced the tiles before grouting, and when they grouted, more issues of uneven tiles, poor spacing and tiles that are actually sticking out at angles. I'm not being picky. This job looks like a fist time amateur and I'm very unhappy. Mark Gross said he come look at it but didn't show up and isn't returning his cell phone calls. I've called the office and left messages and still waiting on a return call. It's unfortunate and totally avoidable if they cared about doing quality work and cared about the customer. Buyer be warned.
