I took a portable hard drive to this store in Wichita with the hopes of retrieving lost data…read more Unfortunately their attempt resulted in unusable, corrupt files. To compound things, the 'recovered' data overwrote the original files making any second attempt by another repair shop impossible. All data was completely lost and I believe that to be the fault of this shop. Do not trust any data recovery task to these guys. If your experience is anything like mine, you'll lose everything.

This is a really good hidden-gem bookstore in west-central Wichita. The inside has a nice, cozy,…read moreambiance with a wide array of genres from fiction to deeply technical reads. The staff is very friendly as well. As soon as I entered the store, the lady asked me what I wanted to purchase and she was able to lead me to what I wanted. In addition, the prices here are very reasonable. I got five books for $35. If you want to go to a bookstore that is not a chain in Wichita, I would highly recommend this place place!

I think this is the perfect size for a used bookstore. There are some others in town that are…read moregreat, but they can be a little too big for my liking. I feel like I can come in here to browse and truly find some great treasures without being overwhelmed. For example, I came in one day to find the entire Dresden Files series by Jim Butcher. I picked them up for my husband, and he was beyond excited - they were the covers for the first run of the series which, although not "rare" can be a bit hard to get your hands on. I think I paid about $5 per book, and they're in awesome shape. These are the kinds of special finds I love to come across in second hand bookstores :)

I chose this local business hoping to support small, community-based services--but this experience…read morehas been extremely disappointing. I entrusted Moler's Audio Visual with irreplaceable vintage and antique photos and slides to copy. I was told it would take about two weeks which was reasonable. Today was SIX weeks, no reprints, so I went to pick up my originals to take them somewhere else and not even a basic apology for the delay. There was zero communication throughout the process and no timeline updates even after I called at the THREE week mark. These items are of deep personal value, and the lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before trusting this business with anything important.

Great Frame Selection Limited, but Nice art selection…read moreTimely frame services Great for Artists and Sports Fanatics The owner of this place has been in business for more than 18 years, making him one of the longest standing frame shops in town. He use to be located in the Delano District at the arch, but he moved about 4 years ago and now shares a building with Diver Gallery. He has stretched canvas' for me, framed small to large-scale pieces, shadow boxed, collaged, hand-sewn and even just cleaned pieces. He is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to where to find good art locally. This guy can handle large or small jobs, corporate or individual accounts, there is nothing he can't do when it comes to framing and to sweeten the deal, he is a pleasure to deal with, very down to earth. Ask for conservation glass. Who wants a faded picture? Forget Hobby Lobby based out of OKC, buy local!
