The crashes seem to be limited to a couple software programs, so maybe a re-install might be in order. But the next day I noticed that the back glass of the phone was coming off. Went back to the store and after they looked at the phone was told that the battery was overcharged causing battery to swell. I didn't understand this because we didn't change a thing. Same charger and same charging line we always use. They wanted to charge me for another battery. Said we over charged the phone. Would not admit it could have been a defective battery. I did check the brick for voltage, right at 5 volts. Don't trust this place. Will not go back.

Additionally, their staffing and customer service is abysmal. Not enough employees to help with repairs, phone calls, and long ridiculous lines thus clearly signaling a lack of respect for their customer's time. I wasted a large portion of my day trying to simply pick up a repaired device. I've been in the store twice. On this second trip (happening now) have yet to see an employee after having entered over 15 minutes ago. I'm not sure why I came back. I will look for alternatives next time for sure!
