So, the state hired this 'Nice White Lady' to lecture about:
'In a nation deeply divided by race, the "Karens" of the world are easy to villainize. But in Nice White Ladies, Jessie Daniels addresses the unintended complicity of even well-meaning white women. She reveals how their everyday choices harm communities of color. White mothers, still expected to be the primary parents, too often uncritically choose to send their kids to the "best" schools, collectively leading to a return to segregation. She addresses a feminism that pushes women of color aside, and a wellness industry that insulates white women in a bubble of their own privilege."
It was to be a lesson in 'Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
But, it was not!
There was so much hypocrisy in her lecture! I don't understand how a human being can write so much garbage and get offered a paid position to lecture about it. It's maddening to me. She states to pay attention to the businesses you patron. Avoid businesses that are owned by white people.
Are you not a WHITE WOMAN PUSHING THE SALE OF YOUR BOOK?
Given in your own words should we not buy your book?
I wouldn't buy garbage like this book anyway. I would rather buy a romance novel. That's a level above books portraying racism, oppressions, and segregation like your book.
Jessie Daniels, who brags about changing her name because her fore fathers were associated with the KKK. What is the point of changing your name when you are wanting ALL to know your past.
I would call you a 'Karen'. Different ridiculous that you spew, but still ridiculous.
We are not responsible for the sins of our fathers.
We, as human beings of all race, color, culture can learn and do better.
There are people out there like Jessie Daniels, trying to brain wash, intimidate and push this garbage on us. It is up to those who know the truth, to say ENOUGH.
The tyranny of dividing us, to control us, has to end!
No worries, Jessie Daniels. The one piece of 'advice' from you I will follow; 'not to buy your book - a 'white woman's business.
