I went in to ask about lowering my bill and the service representative couldn't care less and spent the entire time checking out my chest and trying to hit on me. DISGUSTING! Very disrespectful when making comments about what I should've done to prevent getting charged high amounts for my phone bill. Furthermore he did not bring a manager when I asked for one. Claimed he "was the closest to a manager" horrible. I will never be going back. Went 6/29/26

The problem is we were double charged. We called explaining the issue and told we had to drive to their location to be put back on their wait list. Drove to the store and told unable to issue a refund until put on their wait list and now waiting another 1 1/2 to 2 hours for them to correct their mistake. If I were there to make another purchase, no problem, I'd certainly wait. But this was their mistake. This is not right and already wondering if I made a mistake switching.

I'm thankful that these guys are in town at this location because they treat you like a human being. Unlike the one by Walmart off of Kellogg and Greenwich where they are literally sitting around doing absolutely nothing but playing on their electronics no one else in the store but they still don't have time for paying customer when they walk in. So they end up treating you like trash and chasing you out! My husband and I came there after leaving this rock location because of inventory issues and those jerks had us running away from the store after they lied and were super super super rude! Thank God for decent people like these here at Rock and K96! Keep up the great customer service and work guys! Juan the manager as well as Nathan the salesman are great! Nathan is so incredibly informative and goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied! Very reputable people save one! Thanks for reading! Hope this helps!

I couldn't recommend a company more than them. They have always been awesome and fair when I lock in a quote to sell my phone. They inspect it and the may counter offer at a lower price, if it doesn't match description that you listed it as, but I wouldn't expect them to do things any different. I know that I wouldn't want to buy a refurbished phone that wasn't checked for water damage or broken components. My check is mailed and in my hands within a week after inspection or accepting the counter offer. I can't think of anyone else who I would trust more than these guys. Since that point we were charged random amounts on bills and got little help from customer service because they couldn't communicate between the two merging companies. We canceled our account (or thought we did) shortly after the merger. Much to our surprise, they kept sending bills, still random amounts. We tried several times by phone and at their stores to get this corrected to no avail. We even paid a few extra months thinking maybe that was for early termination. At some point, we gave up and now just have constant debt collectors after us, and since the account was in my wife's name, she has a mark on her credit, which is otherwise excellent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bad customer service, poor billing practices, and to top it off, the coverage areas aren't even as good as Cricket.
