Since that point we were charged random amounts on bills and got little help from customer service because they couldn't communicate between the two merging companies. We canceled our account (or thought we did) shortly after the merger. Much to our surprise, they kept sending bills, still random amounts. We tried several times by phone and at their stores to get this corrected to no avail. We even paid a few extra months thinking maybe that was for early termination. At some point, we gave up and now just have constant debt collectors after us, and since the account was in my wife's name, she has a mark on her credit, which is otherwise excellent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bad customer service, poor billing practices, and to top it off, the coverage areas aren't even as good as Cricket.

They talk over u, and kept saying we are number one in customer service. I was supposed to have gotten 5 different call backs and i had to contact them EVERY time. If u want rude service, go elsewhere. Ive been dealing with the SAME issue for a month now and NO ONE can give a resolution.
