If 1 Stop Geek Shop was the only computer shop left on the planet, I think I'd be more to get rid…read moreof my broken computer and rely on carrier pigeons instead of subjecting myself to their ridiculous customer service and slow turn around. Do not take any electronics in need of repair to them, and do not, under any circumstance, purchase any of their computers. I purchased a computer from them in November of 2010. I didn't begin using it until the middle of December, and by the second week in January we were having difficulties keeping it on, due to a power supply issue. The "owner" who later called himself a "manager" did tell us that he'd "take care of us" when we brought the computer in mid-February. I heard nothing from this company unless I called them. The were "fixing" my computer for 10 weeks, and I finally got a response after filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Their customer service is non-exsitent, no one could answer my questions, and best of all even be bothered to return my phone calls. For a company that boasts on their website "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed" and "fast turnaround", I experienced everything but their claims. To top it all off the "owner"/"manager" Jason Gregg was downright insulting in his communication with me, implying that I think computers are fixed by fairies and parts to fix them grow in backyards. I would avoid this company at all costs. They are shady, unprofessional and ridiculously slow. Take your computer somewhere else, anywhere else, and save yourself the hassle I experienced.
