I tapped the service bell, waited, and tapped it again a few minutes later. No one acknowledged us or even said, "We'll be right with you." When Ric finally came out, he briefly said he would be right back without making eye contact. When he returned, his behavior was passive-aggressive and entirely unhelpful. He completely stood back during our mat and frame selection, forcing me to prompt him to display the options on the computer. Furthermore, he was condescending when explaining how to handle my old frame, and he actively tried to pivot to helping another customer who arrived after us.As a loyal customer who has brought in four framing projects recently--and had wonderful experiences with Chloe--this interaction was incredibly frustrating. I expect much better customer service and hope this matter is addressed. 5 stars for Chloe (sp?), with 1 star for Ric, equates to 3 stars.

I was looking for a specific rug and I tried to describe it. She spent 20 minutes with me helping me find this rug. I was very impressed by the way she gave me a lot of attention, she did not ignore other shoppers and even continued doing her job. She was exceptional. Other staff when I have asked for help would stop and take me to where the item was. This is so helpful, rather than being told where to look.

Looked at receipt - charged full-price on sale item. Went back in. Checkout person had changed to the unfriendly lady from the popcorn. First we got another check out person, then a man came in to "help" us but he walked out the door?? Next a manager came up and asked where the man helping us went - and I told him he walked out the door - maybe quit? Ha. Then that popcorn girl started our refund request on coffee that was marked $13.99 but rang up $15.99. The manager returned and I walked over to show the sign and sale. He looked and said the sale was over . I said the sign was up and it says $13.99 (in huge numbers). Nope. He reaffirmed it was $15.99 though the sign said $13.99. He was not friendly. No apology for the sign being up etc. So I asked for a return/refund. Back to the unfriendly pop corn lady. Meanwhile, this whole time, the man in line behind me stood waiting. HIs order was originally run up in the middle of mine. This is not the first time we have tried this store and not the 3rd time it ruined my day. Except for the young man who was sweet (who left - removed tray in cash register to change out for the popcorn lady) - the rest were all unfriendly/rude. A Friendly Atwoods is Derby.
