These "under cover" shoppers at this location aren't very good at their job. Came tonight had the same lady follow me around the store with my 11 year old daughter for almost 2 hours. I noticed maybe 20 mins in so I purposely walked the entire store slowly twice. She followed me into every department. Never did she have a cart, or items with her. She followed me into every isle, every department. Like why? Why do you guys profile? I'm in the military, I'm with my child. Why would I steal? I purposely made this a 2 hour trip just to bother this lady. Please re-train them. This isn't how their job is supposed to be. It's sad and it makes me not want to come back. absolutely terrible costumer service, had a pickup order with 2 items in it ready for an hour came to pick it up sat for 30 minutes and nobody even acknowledged i was waiting as i saw plenty of vehicles get their orders and leave. i called customer service multiple times no answer so when i finally asked an employee to help me with my problem as he was giving someone else their order he just responded with "oh that's crazy" and then got his team lead and acted like i didn't even have an order just for them to find it and finally bring it out to me, hardly apologized at all terrible customer service will never come here again. read more

Even though my Dad doesn't like Target, my Mom and I stop by there. It's really refreshing to have such a good collection of items. I had seen the something being used on a makeup video and wondered where I was going to find it, but luckily Target had it. They have a great collection of plus size clothes which is comforting. If you cannot afford certain things, Target is the way to go because this and that items are even cute! This particular store is always stocked up which is nice because the people there want to look around even if it's just to look at their selection. read more

I'm literally addicted to their online order and pick up so I sent some things over and it was ready in about 15 minutes. Oh how I love Target from browsing to purchasing. They have exactly what I am looking for along with accent pieces for the home to fashionable clothing for going out and to work. I love their sale racks along with their cartwheel app. Cartwheel is a must if your going to be shopping and saving at target. There's so much going on in Target! As soon as you walk in, you smell the coffee brewing from the little Starbuck's area. An entire grocery store to the right, clothing, jewelry, games, etc in front of you and to your left. A little cluster marked by the Target dog indicates an entire area of $1 items for that stocking stuffer at Christmas, birthday filler for the kids, junk in general. There is one at the South end, but the North end has various snack foods in the "red zone" as we call it. The store was busy, but the aisles are wide enough to move around with little congestion so the shopping experience is more relaxed, less frenzied. The kids can even sit in special carts that require more cart to push around if you are a mom with kids, but worth it to keep them in one place I guess. My mom always made us walk alongside the cart with one hand on the cart, one hand in the pocket. But I digress. The toy aisle has expensive planes in clear boxes that light up as you pass by. That is sure to attract the attention of greedy little kids. Look out, mom! Ok, hubby got caught by the enticing glow, so, good advertising ploy to you, Target and toys! I got sucked into the inviting displays in the outdoor furniture area. Beautiful setups! Even though they were clustered together, I wanted them all! You could walk around and through them, feeling like they weren't crowded together. I think it's all in the arrangement of things that makes you feel like stuff wasn't just shoved out there on display. Good job, Target! I'll be back! read more

Let me just start by saying that I just moved to Wichita and this is just about the Optical at this location. I scheduled an appointment about a mont ago and specifically asked for this location as Maize was too far for me however that's the location where I was scheduled too. When I showed up at the Wichita location they said I didn't have an appointment and ended up finding out that I was since I was scheduled elsewhere. So I rescheduled for the second time due to the fact that my husband got Covid ok no problem they rescheduled me again on my last and final appt I was called by their optical office and was told that their Dr had had and emergency and wouldn't be able to see me. No still things happen. However I got a phone call that was very condescending from the optical employee stating that I basically kept no showing up to my appointments and to make sure I was there this time. It felt extremely rude as I had only been responsible for 1 cancellation out of the 3. I think they need to get it together and not schedule patients to the wrong office for one and make sure that when they're making a statement that's it is in fact true. Long story short cancelled appointment and went to Costco! read more

Target is one of my favorite places to shop! There's a wide variety of items to choose from. I find everything I need and more every time that I visit. Sometimes I'll walk in looking for one thing and walk out with what I needed plus more and other times I just get sidetracked and buy what I want instead of what I came for because they have EVERYTHING! When I can't find what I need anywhere else Target is always my go to for a last resort or my first go to when I need something simple or something complicated. Well we all know what Target is. I went to the Starbucks here and my order were a Double shot latte and a White Chocolate mocha Latte. It took them literally 20 minutes to produce it.
