Recently I discovered the murano brand which is more for going out and looking nice. They carry a performance line (in dress shirts) that stretch and stay cool even in hot weather. I never thought I'd be comfortable wearing a long sleeve shirt in 90-100 degree weather (went south for spring break). It looks like this location is doing some renovation and I can't wait to see it when it's completed!

The lady that answered the phone was rude and didn't bother to explain why her staff had not bothered to open the doors 10 minutes after they are supposed to be open. Unhelpful rude staff seems to be a trend with the millennial that work in them . Maybe TJ Maxx needs to better train their employees . I'm not sure what the issue was but when the store hours aren't followed causing Problems for their customers it is very poor business .

This has certainly decreased how frequently I shop at Big Lots. In general service is poor. That includes Big Lots "rewards" card. (Mine never worked and no one could ever fix it.) Availability of stock on the shelf is rather hit or miss. I see a lot of employee turnover, so I imagine it may not be the best place to work. If you don't need help, count your bags before leaving, and like discounts, this may be a great store for you!

I received a $50 gift card a long time ago, since we are club members and have purchased, multiple times, $200+ of photos from them, and the code didn't work when we went in for our session. On top of that, the promo code I received online for 50% off didn't work either. I went in thinking I was going to pay $30 after promo etc, but ended up paying $100. So I had to call customer service since the workers in store couldn't do anything about it and directed me to them. It's annoying when you speak to customer service about their promo offers and they don't even know anything about it, saying they don't have anything as such and requesting that you show proof of that particular offer. You work for a company, but don't know what's offered at the time? Then they had the nerve to ask me to speak with the manager in store, after I was told to call customer service. For several days I felt like I was just being bumped around. It was ridiculously annoying and I'm sure it's annoying for the workers to have to always resort to "customer service" for directions and advice. Let them do their work so "we," customers leave happy and satisfied! After everything said and done, back and forth, I finally was able to get the issue resolved. Then a day later, after getting my refund etc... I get an email of a better promo (for the item I just purchased) specifically for club members... What is the point of being a club member, if you don't have access to special "club member" offers or don't receive news of them until after your purchases? It's completely pointless and a waste of time! Seriously, JCPenney's...
