I'm only rating ONE star because I have to. Because I'd give no stars Their staff could improve. The first time I went to this location, I wasn't greeted. I was basically told to call customer service and that they probably wouldn't help because it was 30min to closing. So I went to the gilroy location. There I found out that the staff at Morgan hill location could have called to get through customer service quicker. Rather than having me wait. Second time I go. I'm injured, standing waiting to get greeted and helped. I was basically ignored by the lady in glasses sitting there, easily could've greeted and said we will be right with you. But again, she did not. Then another guy comes and "helps" sends me home to call 611. If they don't want to help customers, why are they there for. 611 said to go to the store and now you're sending me away to call myself when they were the ones that were supposed to call. The service and staff there get ZERO STARS. Been a customer for 11 years and I will not be coming back to this location. It's by far the worst location I've been to. From Palo Alto to gilroy. They seriously all suck as staff. Gilroy location really goes out the way to hear the customer out and help. read more

I do not recommend this store. They opened up a second account in my name when I signed up that went unnoticed until it ended up in collections. I was working with the T-mobile team and collections and was told it would get taken care of. The team at the store changed and the store manager has not returned my emails. This is affecting my credit and the thing about it is that I canceled my phone service the very next day after getting it because there map wasn't accurate and I didn't have service. read more

I had a warranty replacement shipped to this location and came to the store to get my phone back online. I was greeted by Xavier (Zay) who was super friendly. Zay helped me do the necessary steps to change from one phone to another. He is super knowledgeable and while there was something going on yesterday either with the satellite or the phone I was changing, he stuck it out with the best attitude ever! I think I ended up being in the store for four hours due to some glitches and also my desire to be sure everything was transferred before walking out that door. I ended up being there until the store closed and finished last minute. His attitude never changed. I've worked in and out of sales over the years and I'm pretty good at spotting someone who is sincere about their customer service and someone who is not. Zay has an incredible level of patience and he is very honest. I appreciate people who are honest especially in this day and age. I have to return to the store to finish some things now that I'm back online and I will look for him as the person to help me. He is a great conversationalist, has a calm demeanor walking through glitches and is a great representative for TMobile. I've dealt with ATT and Verizon in past years and would never return to either company. Both have poor business ethics. The thing about TMobile is they are very good to their customers and they give excellent service. I've also noticed they hire people who are solid. I appreciate that as a consumer. Even when things had a few glitches today, I still walked out a happy customer and maintain that this company has the best service I've seen from any company out there. Purchased phones, got into the worst contract, tried coming back to get my screen protector replaced after purchasing the protection and was denied service. Worst customer service. Now, I can't go into their location and have to either go to Gilroy or San Jose to replace my screen protector and with another questions. I had a refreshing experience at the TMobile on Cochrane this afternoon. It was so unexpected that I am still in shock as I make my way home from the establishment. The store manager, Aristotle, has exceptional customer care skills. I came in to get mobile internet services that would work in an RV as it travels. No one else has been able to offer adequate services, but Aristotle immediately solved my dilemma, and did so at a discounted price. He certainly emulates his Greek philosopher namesake! It seems that fewer and fewer people nowadays take pride in their performance, but this young man brings honor to his position. He understands the concept of excellence, and this quality will benefit both him and any company fortunate enough work with him. read more

The worst phone store I have ever been to! They add extra stuff that you don't need! I've been to this store three times and every time there was an issue. One time I went in one hour before the closing and they said that they couldn't help me cause they were about to close. Today I went in at 5:20 and there was a sign that said they were out to lunch and the store was closed! Very bad customer service. read more

After 30 + years with Verizon and their Lack of service and reception, I went to T Mobile in Morgan Hill, CA. We were greeted as we walked through the door. Jose was the Representive. We not only got an Apple IPhone 15 but an IPad as well at about the same price as Verizon. jose was very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, no pressure just an outright positive experience. The place was very busy after we arrived. Jose looked up our address and said our reception will definitely improve. We had 1 bar before and sometimes no bar. I had the most wonderful experience here that I have EVER had in decades of dealing with personal and business cell phone needs. From the moment we stepped through the door, Aiyanna was fully attentive and amazing. She was incredibly kind, ultra knowledgeable, and very generous. Her colleague, whose name I didn't get, was also very kind and helpful, although we interacted with him much less. I walked out of there having finally gotten rid of Verizon (hallelujah!), and with THREE phone lines and two new phones! My monthly bill for all of this (cost of two unlimited lines and monthly payment on two phones) is only slightly more than my Verizon bill for one line with no phone payment! The third line is free with the current promotion. Thanks to Aiyanna, I now have: my personal phone and line, a business phone and line, a third phone and line, cell phone service that actually works, and a lot more faith in humanity because of her genuine kindness and competence! It feels so good to have the dedicated business phone and line that I have been desperately needing in order to separate work and home. I also have my personal line on my unlocked phone that I brought with me. And finally, I was able to buy my dad a phone and give him an unlimited plan! They're incredibly kind, however I've had the worst experience using their 2 week free trial. T-Mobile is currently offering a 2 week free trial where you can try their service. If you dislike it, you can cancel within those 2 weeks at any point. You have to pay a $35 activation fee. I tried it, didn't like it, canceling it was a hassle! Nobody in the store could do this for me, and I had to call corporate and get bounced around because nobody knew of the promotion! After finally cancelling, 2 weeks later I receive a bill in the mail for almost $200. I call corporate back and explain to them everything I had just discussed when cancelling, and they escalated the issue to waive my bill. I receive a second bill for the same amount, call in, and same issue. I THEN receive a collections notice and call in again, to hear the same thing that it's been cancelled. I had the worst experience at this T-Mobile Cochrane Plaza, I went to do an upgrade from my iPhone iPhone 12 to an iPhone 5, and they screwed up big time. person there did not remove my phone from the system and caused me to not be able to trade in my phone experience ever. And now this forces me to go to another carrier because I want that iPhone 15 and T-Mobile has screwed it up so I can't get one. I'm really pleased with the excellent service I receive, every time I go to this store. The staff are super-friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Recently, I had a question about my phone and while I was there, I learned about their new 5G internet service. They let me bring it home and try it for two weeks before even getting billed. Omigod - it's fantastic!!! It works great!! So easy - just take it out of the box and plug it in! It' works every bit as well as Spectum and it's a much more reasonable price. And you don't have to play that stupid 'Let's make a deal' game that Spectrum makes you go through every year as they raise their prices. The folks at this T-Mobile location are really great. Jose helped me that first day, but since then, I've been helped by other equally knowledeable and helpful salespeople. It's a really good shop and a really good service. read more

Beware of fraudulent practices by T-Mobile. They may surreptitiously add fake lines to your account after you cancel their service to keep charging you through auto-pay. If you're not vigilant about checking your credit card statements regularly, as I wasn't, you could fall victim to their tactics. They may even resort to borderline threats and refuse to refund your money. read more

I don't even know where to begin other than saying Aiyanna is amazing and truly goes above and beyond. The first time she help me it was a pretty long process with multiple changes to phones watches the service my sons tablet etc. and she was very very patient and explained in detail every step of the process that she was doing. In all honesty she was running the show, she was working her butt off to assist multiple customers at one time. I went back a second time to also upgrade my fiancé's phone and watch because of the great customer service that she showed us. I gave this five stars because of her but to be honest if I was writing this off of the manager it would be much less. Every time I've been into that store he has been sitting out on his phone even when the store has been really busy and the one time I actually saw him try to help a customer the customer felt really uncomfortable and walked out. Minus one star. Went in 12/29 am to see if I could get my wife on my acct. Person there was nice and helpful. Told me what I needed to do and boom done. Later that afternoon she went in and was treated rudely by some punk kid with an attitude. I had to go in and prove who I was. Bad customer service. Called next day and asked for the mgr. Got alot of ummm and why do you want him as a reply. Finally the asst. Mgr was on. Wouldn't give me his name. Since they moved it's been crap. I bought a Samsung phone at the store last night, then found out that online it is $200 cheaper, so this morning I went back and returned it. I did not open the box. The box is in mint condition as I got it last night, all seals are intact. But the store still charged me $70 for restocking fee. I don't know what they need to do for "restocking". Went into the T-Mobile store and the people there were clueless, they had no idea what was going on, didn't even bother to find out. They just told me I need to pay for a new SIM. Horrible service I went in with my girlfriend to get her switch from Verizon to TMobile doing the promotion bring in a paid off phone and get a new phone on us and they said they couldn't do it. Then we went in again to get the promotion for adding a line and he said he couldn't do it. Then I tried to go in and upgrade my phone and the manager said "is your phone paid off?" No that's why I'm here to return it and get an upgrade. "Well you'll have to pay it off first." ???? How does it make sense to pay off my phone and give it back to get an upgrade??? This man has basically stolen money from me by not giving me the active promotions and tried to do it again by telling me I have to pay off my phone to upgrade. Screw this guy and screw TMobile.
