He's knowledgeable, patient, and extremely consultative. He explained everything to my parents and sister without drowning them in technical jargon and made sure they actually understood how everything worked. The best example: we live about 16 miles from the closest Best Buy. During the installation, Abisal realized we needed a better Wi-Fi router to get everything working properly and avoid latency on one of the cameras. A lot of people would have shrugged, gotten the cameras mostly working, and called it a day. Not Abisal. This bloke drove 16 miles to Best Buy, got the router, came back, and finished the job properly. He absolutely clutched up. And with Gavin Newsom apparently committed to keeping the home-security industry in business, I'm glad we have the cameras. Jokes aside, Abisal is the epitome of customer centricity. I was basically told to call customer service and that they probably wouldn't help because it was 30min to closing. So I went to the gilroy location. There I found out that the staff at Morgan hill location could have called to get through customer service quicker. Rather than having me wait. Second time I go. I'm injured, standing waiting to get greeted and helped. I was basically ignored by the lady in glasses sitting there, easily could've greeted and said we will be right with you. But again, she did not. Then another guy comes and "helps" sends me home to call 611. If they don't want to help customers, why are they there for. 611 said to go to the store and now you're sending me away to call myself when they were the ones that were supposed to call. The service and staff there get ZERO STARS. Been a customer for 11 years and I will not be coming back to this location. It's by far the worst location I've been to. From Palo Alto to gilroy. They seriously all suck as staff. Gilroy location really goes out the way to hear the customer out and help.

Zay helped me do the necessary steps to change from one phone to another. He is super knowledgeable and while there was something going on yesterday either with the satellite or the phone I was changing, he stuck it out with the best attitude ever! I think I ended up being in the store for four hours due to some glitches and also my desire to be sure everything was transferred before walking out that door. I ended up being there until the store closed and finished last minute. His attitude never changed. I've worked in and out of sales over the years and I'm pretty good at spotting someone who is sincere about their customer service and someone who is not. Zay has an incredible level of patience and he is very honest. I appreciate people who are honest especially in this day and age. I have to return to the store to finish some things now that I'm back online and I will look for him as the person to help me. He is a great conversationalist, has a calm demeanor walking through glitches and is a great representative for TMobile. I've dealt with ATT and Verizon in past years and would never return to either company. Both have poor business ethics. The thing about TMobile is they are very good to their customers and they give excellent service. I've also noticed they hire people who are solid. I appreciate that as a consumer. Even when things had a few glitches today, I still walked out a happy customer and maintain that this company has the best service I've seen from any company out there. Thanks Zay for helping me walk out the changes today. You are good at your job and you are a stellar person!

I'd been using the hard drive to store ALL of my data after I had this same issue years ago, only with my laptop. Needless to say, losing absolutely everything I have saved is my worst nightmare. I worked directly with Gabe who could not have been more friendly or offered better customer service. He responded to my project request right away and we communicated regularly via text. Gabe answered all of my questions, big and small, throughout the whole process, and communicated clearly and thoroughly (I consider myself to have a basic/intermediate level of understanding technology, but am no expert). What I really appreciated was the transparency given with price quotes, and found that their prices are very reasonable for the service. Since I don't live nearby their shop, I took advantage of the free Uber service they provide to have your device picked up from and delivered back to you. I was incredibly hesitant to give my device, with all of my data on it, to an Uber driver, but Gabe assured me it wouldn't be a problem and that he had means to handle if anything went awry with the delivery. Thankfully this wasn't an issue. I don't know of any other company who offers this service, let alone at no charge. I am delighted and relieved to say that Total Computer Solutions was successful at being able to retrieve almost 100% of my data - the few irretrievable files ended up being not very important to me anyway. They also hold onto your data for 3 weeks post-service as a precautionary measure. I am so grateful I found Total Computer Solutions and now consider myself a loyal customer should I ever need their help again. Thank you, Gabe & the Total Computer Solutions team!

Xfinity kept telling me the "new" box was going to easily pump wifi through my whole house. It never worked and we had multiple dead spots in our house, where wifi never reached. We ended up trying several things, included a second network setup using Google Nest routers. That also didn't work great and we suffered for years. So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. I was super impressed with the emails, the invoices, techs being on time, and just the overall professionalism. It was worth the extra few bucks.
