Customer service at this location is horrendous. I called the store five minutes ago to ask about inventory. Was told they had a specific phone in stock. Five minutes later I arrive and I'm told by a supposed manager that they are not allowed to sell the phone. "I don't wanna get into the technicalities with you, but I can't sell you this phone." Then asked if there was anything else...... Excuse me? Anything else? Absolutely sir, you could first apologize for your employee giving out misinformation. Next, you could actually offer a solution to the problem instead of sending me on my way. Ray, the supposed manager, needs to be retrained in customer service or put in the back with inventory and not see customers face-to-face. The unprofessionalism and attitude coming from him was unacceptable. Also, if you are unable to sell phones, you should probably train your employees that answer the phone in these policies. Update! Picking up a phone at the Beverly store right now. Interesting how this store is able to sell their iPhones, however the store on Sunset refuses to sell theirs. "T" stands for terrible. Terrible, Horrible, Lousy coverage. The salespeople at the kiosk at Sam's Club promised the world, but everything they said ended up being half-truths, at best. They said the coverage would be better than their competitors, as they were partnering with StarLink. What they failed to do was say StarLink was only going to provide the ability to text when there's no cell coverage, but has no relation to improved cell service. In reality, there are areas within the City that have no cell coverage at all (absolutely ridiculous!!!), which then triggers the Starlink text mode. Having no cell coverage within a city is absurd. I am constantly having people hang up on my phone calls because they can't hear me or I can't hear them. It's a business line, so it is essential for me to have good cell service. Avoid T-anything. read more

T Mobile sent me a "notice" that I had a credit of $48.19 on my closed out account. I called and got a Ref# for the refund and waited 48 hrs and did not get a credit to my bank. Once again I called to find out why I have not received the refund. All of the sudden the billing department states there is no "CREDIT" as there were over payment I made and adjustments they made way before I closed out my account. As expected this was never a credit and I can not obtain the old billing records to myself, I have to take their word that there never was a "CREDIT". So why send out a 2 page document showing a credit if there never was one. Nothing but sorry customer service and BS answers . I just had the WORST customer service experience I have ever had with any company, trying to order a new phone. Do not order online, just go into the store. it was delivered to the wrong address, an apartment I lived in 10 years ago. Even though I have a screenshot of the confirmation with my current address. After I called the hotline 7 times I was rudely told they could not help me. It was a MESS! Don't drop your phone and just go into a store if you need a new one. I have been a customer for 20 years. Alex assisted my friend and I in our long journey to get rid of these t-mobile branded trackers that were added to our plan from a Costco kiosk along with our new phones. He was quick to point out that, yes, they can absolutely do that for us and he will be taking it to his manager straight away. After, I'd say about 20 minutes, (and a few times coming back to check on us) he's very happy to say that our issue (that we'd been dealing with for months over phone calls and visits to both Costco and t-mobile) is finally over. Just like that, we were sent on our way and look forward to inspecting our next bill as we are sure he removed them entirely off our plan since he physically showed this information to us. I decided to terminate T-Mobile Internet and as a result there was $-34.75 balance on my account that I was expecting to get back. Simple isn't it? Not at all! It took them about three months to send me a debit MasterCard that I was supposed to activate by calling the provided number, entering 16-digit code and getting a pin number. There are also restrictions on using this card. E.g. I cannot get my own money as cash, I can use it for only about 6 months, after which they are going to charge me $3/month, and so on. And all this just to get my own money back!?! Why not just mailing me a check for G-d's sake?? Ridiculous. read more

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I was with T-Mobile for over 5 years. I changed providers and had overpaid $144. When changing service providers, they remove you from the app, and you are unable to get any information about your account with them. I called multiple times to get my refund, and they asked for a code, which was on the app. They told me to go to the store, and the store told me to call. This went on for 3 months. When I was able to get my code changed, I was able to request my refund. They asked me how I would like that refunded, and I said I wanted a check. They said they would automatically deposit, and I gave them my bank account. 3 Weeks later, I still didn't get it. I got back on the phone, wasting another hour trying to get my refund. This time, they said they were sending it as a gift card. I said, I was told I was getting the money auto deposited into my account. I have called and visited more stores than I can count. Still waiting on my refund - GOING ON 4 MONTHS! I think they owe me for the time I have had to put in to get my refund! read more

I WAS with T-Mobile for over 10 years & In January 2024 T-mobile representatives convinced me to upgrade my 2 phones that were paid in full !!!! I was explained I would get credit for my phones and pay balance of the new phones in my monthly bill THE promotion of converting my lines to business for a lower monthly rate upgraded two phones and an IPad Sounded great! even was given an IPad for free for being a loyal customer. BUT every week-END after the upgrade, our phone lines were disconnected and every time we would call to complain of the interruption we were re/connected and would be told someone will call us back to explain why our bill was so high but if we wanted to pay we could do so @ that moment I told them I would rather not because we had just paid in March 300.+ to be re/connected to please look into making the adjustments of fees that they were charging for reconnecting the lines because they stated it was their error. I was prepared to pay my monthly past due BUT I was not going to pay any additional re/connection fees they could even give me the breakdown of the charges i told them not until the breakdown of the amount they said I owed of 3 months would be explained approximately $ 1,700.00 for 3 months seemed ridiculous. And this was because they said the iPad for the upgrade was not received even though we returned it and had the proof their warehouse received it. I cannot even remember how many calls I made to get a supervisor contact me it seems like every representative was playing games said they will help just to exhaust me explaining myself over and over and over and over again and then transfer me to someone else. Finally someone told me that the sum was to pay off the 2phones and the 3 months with the re-connection fees 6 lines that they added every week end they will interrupt our phone lines. If it was my FAULT that the bill was not getting paid I would owe only ONE month Period !! since they did not explain anything only that it takes up to 48 hrs for a supervisor to contact me.(never happened) & Just added re/connection fees instead of having THE SUPERVISOR contact me. October now and still have not resolved the problem that started @ the beginning of the year to have collections agency send me a letter that I owe T-mobile $4,279.11 I called and Spoke to someone at AmSher 2nd week of October I was told they would accept the settlement of $1,715.00 = 3 months and the balance owed of the 2 phones but that I would have to pay it right at the moment, I told them I did not have it and that I would need something in writing to be done with this NIGHTMARE and finally have phones!!!! I asked for a confirmation that the settlement will release the phone lines, was told it would be emailed to me confirming my promise to pay it in full on 11/25/2025 never received it!!! Today I get a call from the same company AmSher "Compassionate Collections" regarding the $4,279.11 When i asked for the confirmation of the Settlement agreement I was told that they cannot send me an email but that they had sent it regular Mail & that they cannot settle an amount ( here we go again) I do not believe that they mailed me anything regarding to the of a settlement amount I am trying to get past this NIGHTMARE but cannot seem to get anywhere IN ADDITION MY elderly fathers phone that is paid in full is also DISCONNECTED and locked in with this account He also is effected with the result of Collections Actions... It is only fair to re-connect my phone lines and bill me the 3 months of usage that I owe LATE because of the collections team that are out of the country. We wandered into this T-Mobile Sunset facility looking for pricing on cellular phone and internet bundles and were pleasantly surprised how wonderfully Nathaniel walked me through some great offers including $25 per month on 5G internet including modem and an $800 buy out on my old iPhone X and got me a nice deal on an iPhone 14 ProMax leaving my iPhone 12 ProMax to gift to my girlfriend. Gino the manager helped get our phones all ready for transfer and showed us how to save some real money with T-Mobile special offers.... A very sharp gal, Giselle set up the chips in our phones and even though it took a while for the whole transaction, she was meticulous with the paperwork and making everything clear. I walked out with promise of $500 in visa card rebates that I can spend on anything! This facility was illuminatedly clean (decorated in white), not too busy and every one was extremely bright, and nice which made me choose to shop no more! I felt like I hit the Motherlode - you might too! Aga, another gal, took in our trade-in phone 2 days later and helped us with a screen saver for my new phone and again...she was quick and knowledgeable. A few days later D'Arcy and Quinton did expert job of swapping out my screensavers for both of our phones. Again...happy, helpful alert and aware peeps. I love heads up people to do biz with! I came in for service to get help with my new phone since it's not working correctly after a week. Also, I was following up on a promotional credit that should've been applied. The employee that was in training, Quinton, was extremely rude, was condescending when caught lying and was very unprofessional. He straight lied to my face, asking me to wait for a couple of minutes until the manager was ready to come from then back to assist because he didn't understand what he was doing. It turned out that the other employee looked in the back for the manager and he was not even in the building and was on lunch. They had no idea if he was to be coming back. All things considered.
