Today I made it a point to drive to the other side of town to see if I would have a better experience. Edgar and another worker were busy helping 2 clients before me. So I waited nearly an hour before I was helped. But for all good reasons. They took their time with the clients ahead of me to make sure they were set up properly. And that is exactly what Edgar did for me. Went over how I can upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 14 while getting a killer deal on it too. Was completely transparent the whole time. Even if you live on the other side town. Highly recommend making the drive to Sonoma Ranch for a better experience.
