I came in signed walked to the back and waited. I watched as the gentleman in the button-down shirt greeted another man in a button-down shirt like they were brothers, but he never greeted me like that and he greeted others like they were neighbors that he was seen for the holidays. They treated me as if I was invisible trash. They did not want to be bothered with so I'm going to say this one time if you are BLACK American in my opinion maybe we need to rethink Verizon here in EL PASO. At the Transmountain store, the salesman cannot tell a young lady to wait her turn and at the store at the fountains they ignored anyone who was NOT their standard of person. Is MONEY NOT GREEN?!?! So I say ok and wait as I'm waiting there is another guy there Hispanic and we're talking about the orange iPhone he proceeds to tell me they have 2 in the 512 gb so I say weird he just told me there wasn't any ? so I hear the guy saying we have 2 in the back mind you im next after this guy, he ended up not getting the phone. So this lady with blonde hair and glasses as soon as she walks up to me says we don't have any iPhone 17 pro max ?!?! Wait in my mind im like are your employees on the same page ? I said that's not true I pulled up my Verizon app which also says they have the orange available in an hour to p/u I show her .... She says with an attitude well it might've been a discrepancy in our system ..... ok girl whatever. As I'm leaving I see the people after me the employee brings him an iPhone 17 pro max orange. I was flustered like is this real ?!? I look black but I'm and Afro Latina, and speak fluent Spanish. I heard it all. DONT GO HERE IF YOU ARE OF COLOR. Some establishments I guess don't get that Hispanics come in all colors not just white.

Let me tell you about this terrible experience I had at this store. First off I ordered a new…read moreiphone13 with an employee and was told it would arrive two weeks later. It didn't. It took much longer because that employee stopped working there. Then I was notified by UPS that it arrived at the store even though I called and asked and they said they hadn't gotten it. I went in the next day to pick it up and the entire Verizon system went down. It took 7 hours for it to come back up. When I arrived Fernando or Fermin who is apparently the manager asked me for my current phones password as I stepped back outside for my wallet. When I came back in my phone had the apple loading icon and when I asked the manager what was happening he said he didn't know what I did. i Literally just picked it up from where he left it. Then he says my phone was reported lost or stolen and I couldn't turn it in. Which was later confirmed through apple as incorrect. My phone stopped showing the icon and this dumbass reset my phone and I was unable to transfer ANY of my things from my old phone to my new phone. he claims I did the reset which I have no idea how to do. I can barely work excel. Fernie is an incompetent ass hole who can not admit to his mistakes but rather blames the customer. He apologized for the terrible day I was having and not me losing all my photos of my son or anything else. Fucking will never go back.

Wish I could give ZERO. Absolute WORST EXPERIENCE from ANY cell provider I've ever worked with. To…read morestart I walk in with my family as we are looking to get new cell phones and a new cell phone service. We stand there for about 5-10 minutes before anybody acknowledges us and says "hi how can we help you?" Even though we are literally the only people in the store at the time. This guy and girl are over here giggling behind the counter like they don't see us..then when they hear that we wanna start new service and all they perk up and start doing their job. One guy starts asking me what phones and what plan I want to be on I told him the PRO and the PRO MAX with the plan that is $65 a month. (Mind you I've already spoken with someone at another Verizon store about the amounts we'd be spending a few days ago so we decided to go in person to get our phones because we were okay with the agreed upon amount.) 1st issue. They didn't give me the phone I asked for even though it is under MY credit, they didn't even bother to explain that it was not going to be covered from financing. They just ended up giving me the regular 16 and gave my other family member the phone that they wanted even though again it's under MY credit. On top of that, they did not mention that there was a $50 deposit. They said it was "taxes and fees." I had to go back in person the next day because I was billed an additional $300+ after I had just paid over $300 in person the PREVIOUS day due to "taxes and fees" for the phones as the girl said. On top of that they added a protection plan for EACH PHONE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. And as I am explaining this to the manager SEVERAL times the following day, he tries to gaslight me and tell me that they can't add it without me signing for something and as I had told him earlier, the only thing that I had signed was when the girl (who is apparently training) told me she needs my Social Security to check my credit. To add salt to the wound, they didn't ask for my social once or twice, they asked me to re-enter it SIX TIMES and the last two times I had to read it aloud while there were other people in the store. On top of having to go back-and-forth between the guy and the girl because we don't know who the sales rep is until we get the paperwork at the very end, this guy and girl kept sneaking off to the back giggling and whispering and then would come back with conflicting information because the guy that initially spoke to me and asked me what phones and service I wanted, ended up not telling the girl who's supposed to be the sales rep what I asked for and just did whatever they wanted. What you have done is committed FRAUD when adding not only the protection plan but the $80 plan that was NOT agreed upon ON TOP of telling me that I'm getting the pro and the promax and then giving me the 16 and the promax. When I go in person the next day, the manager basically gaslight me and tells me that I agree to everything when again the only signature that I have given is when the girl said "We need you to sign here for us to use your Social Security." She didn't mention anything about me agreeing to ANY protection plan or $80/mo plan. Of course this manager does nothing and basically tries to man-splain everything to me as if I'm uneducated?? I ended up leaving bc obviously they don't care and chat with CS and they told me that not only is there a protection plan that's about $20 per line, but I'm also on the $80 plan so I had to remove everything. (Again all of this has been done without my consent or knowledge because these two representatives from your store keep going back-and-forth to the front and back of the store and every time they run to the back of the store they're giggling and whispering so my assumption is that they added all of this without my permission and then go and blame it on the "computer". I asked the mngr - his excuse - " The system added." Newsflash to the manager at this store. I work in sales. It doesn't "add on" unless YOU add it on. Moral of the story is don't go to these crappy sub-companies.

Don't order your Verizon phone from here online. Received a defective Iphone 12 Pro Max spent a…read morewhole day troubleshooting with Apple and Verizon still couldn't get the phone to work. Came back in get the phone exchanged and we got told that they couldn't do anything and to call Verizon.

They've only got a couple guys running that shop right now. What you have to understand about this spot in particular is that it used to be a Sprint store, prior to the merge. As such, I had originally wanted to go to this store in order to obtain the proper SIM card for my unlocked phone which was originally under Sprint service. Imagine my surprise when I also learned that a Sprint customer has the option to switch to T-Mobile's network without changing their number or having any of their login credentials change for whatever reason. Where I spent literally hours trying to acquire a SIM card at other T-Mobile stores (one of them wasn't even T-Mobile, but Metro), here....I spent minutes. MINUTES, I tell you! The line was long (thanks, COVID). However, upon entering the building, I spent maybe less than a half hour activating my new phone. Oh, and the SIM card was free of charge. I suspect the installation charges will be forwarded to my phone bill but....minor technicality. And that's it. Clean, quick, simple. Like it should be. This place is totally COVID compliant, the display room looks immaculate just as it did when they were still called Sprint, and the service was superb, despite the fact they are severely understaffed and are also operating on reduced hours. I'm giving T-Mobile on Montana 5 fully functional SIM cards illuminating their smartphones with 5G goodness...out of 5.
