When I came back in my phone had the apple loading icon and when I asked the manager what was happening he said he didn't know what I did. i Literally just picked it up from where he left it. Then he says my phone was reported lost or stolen and I couldn't turn it in. Which was later confirmed through apple as incorrect. My phone stopped showing the icon and this dumbass reset my phone and I was unable to transfer ANY of my things from my old phone to my new phone. he claims I did the reset which I have no idea how to do. I can barely work excel. Fernie is an incompetent ass hole who can not admit to his mistakes but rather blames the customer. While we were talking to her, she walked off to greet some friend and left us talking. eventually she returned and started ringing us up. When we declined the extended warranty she walked away and had a coworker finish a transaction. Is BB making money off extended warranties and consequently they pay their staff on how many they sell? I have to say, this was rather surprising and disappointing that she could not wait 2 minutes to greet her friend and finish the transaction. Do better, BB.
