I don't even want to give this place one star because their service and professionalism was awful. Not only was I charged $10. over the usual fee to replace an LED light screen, they smudged the front camera lens that makes my face look blurry when I FaceTime and after they applied the screen protector, some of the glue got inside the phone and made a pea size black spot on my screen where the camera lens is located. When I went back to complain about the black spot on my screen plus other issues I was now experiencing, they said they couldn't do anything about it because the technician applied the screen protector out of courtesy. They would not budge to help me in any way except buying another new LED light screen even though I had a one month warranty. Stay away from this business because they will not honor any warranty and they will not stand by their work especially they messed up. read more

So, let's talk about this place real quick. I don't think it deserves all the hate it gets; particularly from over zealous customers who base their ratings on one single experience. Meanwhile, I've been to this place at least a few times and feel more apt to discuss what works and what doesn't. First of all, their pricing seems very fair. Especially considering I called a different cell phone repair shop up the street (which is frickin impossible to find, btw) and they quoted a battery replacement job would be $25 if I brought in my own part. Premier on the other hand, replaced a battery plus a full screen assembly all for the low, low price of $35. Both the parts were mine. Many moons ago, we had to replace my son's screen on his old iPhone 7 for $80, sans part. I'm not sure how it would rate now, since prices fluctuate depending on the latest iPhone models and all that. But I would imagine if you have an older model cell phone, the repair cost will be cheap. I'd recommend purchasing your parts on Amazon ahead of time, as they tend to be cheaper there. The main thing this place probably needs to work on is their front desk service. That poor girl has to work the customer line all by herself and it takes ages! I mean, the place is fine when you're the only customer in the store. Get more than 3 people in there and you're gonna be around for a while. It says a lot if I have to wait 15 minutes just to pick up a phone. Anywho, it seems previous customers don't know what a middle ground is. Because that's where I'd rank this place. While they're not exactly the speediest when it comes to customer service, their turn-around time for repairs is usually 1 hour, which is pretty damn good. They even have free in-store WiFi. Told I would have to wait til Saturday. Spoke to 2 gentlemen on the phone and both seemed sincerely apologetic. One was Guillermo whom I asked information about where they order the parts, so I can speak to them directly as to why broken parts were sent out in the first place. He let me know that information can't be disclosed. Completely understandable and well aware this is out of their control. But because manufacturer information can't be given out I guess they'll get the bad review. Be sure to expect not having your phone for longer than you wanted when you repair your phone here. I'll update my review once my phone is received. *Update: The part came in broken... Again. Because of the horrible quality of parts from their provider, they in turn are a horrible service. Still waiting for my phone. Fully expecting the next part to come in broken as well. Will update when I finally get my phone. **Update: Phone seemed fine. Checked front camera to make sure it worked because it was the screen that was damaged. It was fine. Did not need normal camera til days later but phone says camera is unavailable. They installed my screen and now my camera doesn't work. One problem after another with this business. I was going to go back and see what they could do but Ive learned my lesson. Replaced a screen on an iphone on feb 25, 2022. after a day the phone started acting weird. took it back and they just restarted the phone and pretended everything was ok. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. They offer a $10 off if you leave a 5 star rating review, & perhaps that's why they have what may appear "great" rating. However, I completely disagree. I had gone in because my co-worker got her screen fixed here for a good price, & she recommended I go in since I needed to fix my screen as well. I paid $60, which is by far less than the Apple Store, so I was happy about that. I had to sign a form simply acknowledging that they would work on my phone, and had to sign in and leave my name and number. I got my phone back in a matter of 30 minutes, but when I received it the sensitivity of my screen was EVERYWHERE. Either apps wouldn't open/close no matter how much I pressed on my screen, or an app would close, a wrong message was typed, a text would be deleted despite me not touching my screen. I called immediately to check if I could get that fixed, and the girl said I could go in anytime within 30 days of the transaction. I had gone in a Wednesday, & went back a Friday morning. When I showed up, I demonstrated what was going on and she said that I was right and they would fix it. However, when I told her I didn't have my receipt she said I wouldn't get any service. I asked why not & she simply said that it was because I didn't have my receipt. I asked if there was anything I could do since I didn't have my receipt anymore, or if I could speak to the owner she said no again. She said she would call him but left to the back for about 10 seconds and said I wasn't getting any service. I told her that they had my information for proof that I had paid for the screen and she had the audacity to say she didn't remember because they had "a lot of customers" right after she had said she knew she had helped me. I then told her they could use the camera they had in the front for proof that I had gone. She said they needed a barcode, which I still don't understand HOW that's an issue, as if they report each and every single one screen to a certain company. I then asked if for this exact reason I could speak to a supervisor or the owner and she said that they would tell me the same thing. She then proceeded to tell me she could give me a discount if I purchased a new screen AGAIN just two days after I had paid for a new one. I said I wouldn't pay again because it had been their malfunction, not mine and I should have left my screen broken because at least then it worked. She insisted I needed a receipt, later went to the back for a bit and came back to tell me that they would fix it. She was annoyed and told me to write my name down on a yellow sticky note with a number they could reach me at. I did that and left. I went back for my phone a couple of hours later, the screen worked better than the first time, but it is STILL malfunctioning. Some keys won't work despite me pressing on them several times, and the typing is very slow. I don't understand how after two screens, and two times, this is still happening. What made me the most upset was that we had to argue in order for her to give me good service, despite it being horrendous. I don't like complaining, and I've only written two other bad reviews in my life because I know what it's like to work customer service and deal with extremely rude customers, but I had an extremely unpleasant experience, and hope anyone else thinking about going here will be swayed by my review and think twice. I didnt wake up this morning thinking I would go somewhere to bicker with an employee, I don't know whether she may be going through any troubles in her life which is another reason why I felt bad about bickering because I would hate to ruin someone's day by making them feel shitty or making them angry, but she isn't aware about how my life is going either way and she definetely ruined my day. When I got the phone back, there were visible dents on the casing, and the screen was cracked on one of the sides. Put on hold countless times and getting credits on a bill on a device we should not be paying for month to month. One of the worst experiences of not only costumer service but of quality and hustle mentality. Be careful with their pricing because it varies from customer to customer for the same screen. One thing that was done to me was I was given a higher price for a screen repair only (134.00) when it came down to payment I was told that they were going to add a screen protector for free yet it was going to show like I was charge on the receipt for "inventory purposes" (109.00 +25.00= 134.00) I didn't think anything of it because I was grateful of the tester I thought was being done for me.He told me he hated when people didn't take the protector because if the screen were to get cracked or damaged within the 30 days the guarantee would void. Anyways, the repair was fairly quick but right away I could tell the quality of the screen was subpar non the less screen was repaired and I was happy... at first, I even referred my friend to go get hers fixed there. Later on I started noticing little issues with the phone. one of the screws under the charger was not flush with the phone, I brushed it off as a minor issue, then I noticed the buttons on the Lock Screen weren't as responsive, again brushed it off, a couple days later noticed the screen begin to lift from my phone, unfortunately my job hours are from 8am-8pm so I could not go until my day off, well soon after the screen begin to malfunctioning was not working. I sent a family member to take it to them with the original receipt for a replacement as the warranty was still paid with it being less than a week. keep in mind the screen had no physical damage, no dents no scratches or brakes. Well I git every excuse in the book and was told I could not get my screen replaced and best they could do is give me a discount on a new one. Well get this the friend I referred to help give them business, she was charged 109.00 with out the screen protector, which means the lied and sold the screen protector to me claiming it was free. I went in today because my phone screen went black. I had been here exactly 31 days ago and came in with my receipt and they wouldn't give me the 30 day warranty. On top of that, they charged me 40$ more then last time and her excuse was because they had gotten new screens. My screen was broken pretty bad I have an I phone 6 the screen was shattered at the bottom I came in for a quote and the girl at the desk crystina seemed flustered she gave me the price of $167 for my screen to be fix informing me that in order for them to fix my screen I had to buy a tempered glass screen protector and a phone case . I asked her how much would it be without the accessories she then told me it would be $123 so thats the plan I went with. they had my phone for 3 hours and didn't even touch it .. When I got my receipt it says the price for the screen being repaired was actually $103 and she charges me for a $19.99 screen protector that I didn't ask for.. This is place is awful they pretty much scam you. Dropped my I phone 7 in water the guy told me he would fix it. We asked if it had warranty and they said yes. Left my phone with them (btw they charge 20$ to check the phone)and a couple of hours later they call me saying that my phone is ready the guy said it was the screen that needed to be replaced and he showed us that when he replaced the screen it would turn on he said it would be done in a couple of minutes he comes back amd it turns out the camera and the home button stopped working he said if i pay him 90$ he would fix it and get the parts we payed. They call us after two days saying that the phone is ready I tested it out everything seemed to work. Now this is where they said NO WARRANTY i got mad and said they told me there was and they said sorry i walked off with my phone and i kid you not my phone stopped working as soon as i got home. Im a kid but I told my mom to go back there and she wouldn't let me I would've demanded for my money back.
