Yesterday I tried to pawn a $40.00 watch ( I had the receipt) and the manager wanted to give me $5.00 dollars for it! For months I got weekly (then…read morebi-weekly, then monthly) calls saying they still hadn't started on it and asking if I wanted to pick it up. I own multiple controllers and wasn't in a rush, so I left it. Calls eventually stopped. At the 6-month mark I went in. They told me they had thrown it away "because it had been so long." An employee then offered a different controller and tried to charge me $20 "for the part." When I pointed out they never worked on mine, the story changed to "we have to replace it since we threw yours out." After I asked to speak to a manager, she suddenly said she could just give it to me. I left with a basic controller. The one I dropped off came with its full case. This place lost my property, never repaired it, tried to charge me for their mistake, and returned an incomplete replacement. Extremely poorly run.
