The first screen for my iPhone 6 Plus started messing up after a couple of hours. When I took it for warranty they wanted to blame my cell phone even before they diagnosed it. When I went back and spoke to another tech I told him I had already brought the device for diagnosis and just needed him to replace the screen then he begins to start blaming my device again, I'm not sure if that's a common training that they get but I left the store he did not want to assist me. I had to call the phone number on the website to a different store and requested to speak to a manager. The manager had me take it back and she was able to find the ticket that the device was already diagnosed with a defective screen. They repaired the screen and this time the screen lasted a week then it started flickering and just went black similar to the previous issue.
