He pulled it out and put it on the table and said he will have the technician look at it tomorrow and that it only takes a couple hours and they will call. I had no issues with my laptop screen thankfully, it was in perfect condition. However, they had told me I would need to replace the entire screen which he mentioned would come out to a total of $340. That alone was incredibly disappointing since I wasn't looking to spend that kind of money on a repair I thought was so minor. We agreed that I would just pick up my laptop instead and I would figure it out myself. Well, I go to pick up my laptop already bummed my laptop was not getting fixed and when I meet Mr. Andrew at the counter and he presents my laptop to me with a crack on the screen he made while putting my laptop back together. He said he was sorry and offered me $20 off the service. I left with my laptop more broken than fixed unfortunately.
