Well, I go to pick up my laptop already bummed my laptop was not getting fixed and when I meet Mr. Andrew at the counter and he presents my laptop to me with a crack on the screen he made while putting my laptop back together. We went to all major retailers and a couple of used computer shops but had no luck. Roger at Edgar's was able to locate a used charger that worked for us. It was a little pricey ($55) for a 9 year old used charger but we were glad he had it and paid the price. The perk was playing with his massive cat that seemed to weigh 25 lbs.

I scheduled a TV delivery and installation and made my time limitations absolutely clear. They promised me a specific delivery and mounting window and guaranteed they would be there. They never showed up. No call. No update. No courtesy message. Nothing. The situation only got worse when I tried to get answers. I contacted customer service multiple times, and not a single representative could explain what happened or provide any real help. I requested a manager call me back and was told I would receive a call within two hours. It has now been over 24 hours, and I still haven't heard a word from anyone. This is not just poor service , it's unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unreliable. When a company can't honor a scheduled appointment and can't bother to follow up with a customer who's trying to resolve their issue, it shows a total lack of accountability and basic customer care. I wasted my time, rearranged my day based on their promise, and received zero communication or support in return. Was quoted a $49 diagnostic fee, but the bill ballooned to $194.51 without an itemized breakdown. After six weeks of unnecessary delays, unrelated "diagnostics," and poor communication, all they actually did was re-solder the port I requested from the start. My name was recorded wrong, I was given the wrong charging block, and my calls to get my property back were ignored. Unprofessional, costly, and careless service -- I cannot recommend them.
