They cracked my screen! I dropped my laptop off for a hinge problem which I was hoping would be no more than $100. I had no issues with my laptop screen thankfully, it was in perfect condition. However, they had told me I would need to replace the entire screen which he mentioned would come out to a total of $340. That alone was incredibly disappointing since I wasn't looking to spend that kind of money on a repair I thought was so minor. We agreed that I would just pick up my laptop instead and I would figure it out myself. Well, I go to pick up my laptop already bummed my laptop was not getting fixed and when I meet Mr. Andrew at the counter and he presents my laptop to me with a crack on the screen he made while putting my laptop back together. He said he was sorry and offered me $20 off the service. I left with my laptop more broken than fixed unfortunately. read more

These guys are amazing, seriously. I purchased a high end computer from them, I called a dozen different boutique builders. Digital Storm, Main Gear, Falcon Northwest, Xidax, etc. You name it, I called them. I received answers from, we will not build anything that custom, to quotes that started at $7500. I called computer builders anonymous and they immediately agreed to build it and they quoted me $2000 less than the next lowest quote. I'm having issues right now with my Samsung G9 monitor that I DID NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have spent literally two days at my house getting this system running. I am absolutely shocked at how far these guys are willing to bend over backwards for me. I can not recommend anyone more highly, not just for price, but for better than the best service I would have expected. I would gladly choose Computer Builders Anonymous over Xidax even at the same price. read more
