I'm so happy with this place! (BTW: I think it's called "Cracked" now.)…read more My story: I was in town last December when the charging port on my cell phone broke. I didn't know where to go, so I called around, and eventually got ahold of Victor. He told me to drop my phone off the next day. To be honest, I was a little worried at first, because it was kind of hard to get ahold of him, and it didn't seem like a big business with a bunch of employees. I wasn't sure what I was getting into, and was a bit scared that I might be dealing with some kind of fly-by-night place, but my options were limited, so I moved forward anyway. When I went back to pick up my phone later that day, Victor wasn't there. Rather, he had someone watching his store that accidentally overcharged me for the work. That made me nervous because my original impression was already a little shaky, and I was concerned that the amount overcharged was never going to be refunded. (I've heard of that happening with shady small businesses.) However, Victor jumped on it right away and refunded the difference within the hour. Fast forward one month: I'm back in my hometown when I started noticing that the charging port was getting a little wonky. Calls were going in and out on my car's Apple Play, and I had to wrap the charging cables all sorts of crazy directions to get a single charge out of it. Once again, my paranoia set in, and I thought I had gone to the wrong person. It took me a couple weeks to build up my courage to call and let him know what was going on. (I was embarrassed because I was out of town, and wasn't due to be back in EP for another month.) However, Victor assured me that I could being it back in and he would take care of it. Unfortunately, my return to EP was greatly delayed, and I didn't get back until JULY! At this point, I couldn't imagine Victor honoring his word, because so much time had passed. I wasn't even sure he'd remember me. Either way, I decided to give it a try. When I went in to drop it off today, I asked if there was going to be a charge. He said it "depends on what I see when I get in there". Ugh... famous final words. He might as well have said "yes". HOWEVER - when I went to pick up my phone, I was pleasantly and greatly surprised when he told me that the charging port he had put in was faulty, so he swapped it out at no charge. WHAAAAAAT???? Wow. Integrity! This guy could have given me any number of stories, or even just simply said it's been too long since the original repair, but he didn't. He was honest and decent and didn't mislead me. Plus, he has a small business, so I imagine it's not always easy to make ends meet, so I'm especially impressed. On top of that, he's a really sweet guy. Thank you Victor! I'm so happy to have my phone working again!!

The first screen for my iPhone 6 Plus started messing up after a couple of hours. When I took it for warranty they wanted to blame my cell phone even before they diagnosed it. After checking it they figured the issue was the screen so I had to wait a week for them to order a replacement screen because for some reason they did not have the screen in stock. When I went back and spoke to another tech I told him I had already brought the device for diagnosis and just needed him to replace the screen then he begins to start blaming my device again, I'm not sure if that's a common training that they get but I left the store he did not want to assist me. I had to call the phone number on the website to a different store and requested to speak to a manager. The manager had me take it back and she was able to find the ticket that the device was already diagnosed with a defective screen. They repaired the screen and this time the screen lasted a week then it started flickering and just went black similar to the previous issue. Horrible parts and horrible customer service I don't recommend you even try their service unless you want headaches.

I don't even want to give this place one star because their service and professionalism was awful…read more Not only was I charged $10. over the usual fee to replace an LED light screen, they smudged the front camera lens that makes my face look blurry when I FaceTime and after they applied the screen protector, some of the glue got inside the phone and made a pea size black spot on my screen where the camera lens is located. When I went back to complain about the black spot on my screen plus other issues I was now experiencing, they said they couldn't do anything about it because the technician applied the screen protector out of courtesy. They would not budge to help me in any way except buying another new LED light screen even though I had a one month warranty. Stay away from this business because they will not honor any warranty and they will not stand by their work especially they messed up.

Meanwhile, I've been to this place at least a few times and feel more apt to discuss what works and what doesn't. First of all, their pricing seems very fair. Especially considering I called a different cell phone repair shop up the street (which is frickin impossible to find, btw) and they quoted a battery replacement job would be $25 if I brought in my own part. Premier on the other hand, replaced a battery plus a full screen assembly all for the low, low price of $35. Both the parts were mine. Many moons ago, we had to replace my son's screen on his old iPhone 7 for $80, sans part. I'm not sure how it would rate now, since prices fluctuate depending on the latest iPhone models and all that. But I would imagine if you have an older model cell phone, the repair cost will be cheap. I'd recommend purchasing your parts on Amazon ahead of time, as they tend to be cheaper there. The main thing this place probably needs to work on is their front desk service. That poor girl has to work the customer line all by herself and it takes ages! I mean, the place is fine when you're the only customer in the store. Get more than 3 people in there and you're gonna be around for a while. It says a lot if I have to wait 15 minutes just to pick up a phone. Anywho, it seems previous customers don't know what a middle ground is. Because that's where I'd rank this place. While they're not exactly the speediest when it comes to customer service, their turn-around time for repairs is usually 1 hour, which is pretty damn good. They even have free in-store WiFi. I'd give Premier Wireless 3 sparkling clear and uncracked iPhone 7 screens out of 5.
